Super breakfast with multiple choices for vegetarians and kids as well. The hotel service was very helpful (the kitchen was closed when we arrived, but the lady from reception warmed up our pizza and brought us plates). The hotel staff speaks several languages, very easy to communicate. Easy late check-in. Many leaf-lets with additional information about activities near hotel.VeraBelarus

The Kärnten Card was provided free of charge which allowed access to cable cars, museums and parks. Petzen cable car station is only 8 km away. Breakfast choice was ok, but not as good as in other JUFA hotels. The Sauna could be reserved for our family only which was nice. The kids liked the movie evenings.HannesAustria

The kitchen has got a microwave, coffe maschine and fridge. Coffee and tea were in the kitchen. The bathroom wasn't large but comfortable. The appartment located near to Bleiburg city centre. We would like to thank you for hospitality and warm welcome.

The hotel staff ( in particular the receptionist) are excellent, willing and fast. The hotel rooms basic, but good and clean.
