If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

In winter Gosau is at the centre of the Dachstein West ski region, featuring 45 ski lifts and cable cars, and 140 km of groomed slopes.

Large room with nice mountain view. The sauna, internet, laundry facilities were nice to have. Very quiet. Apartment is 15 winding KMs from Hallstatt, nasty surprise when at checkout was informed there was a mandatory 30 Euro cleanup charge (why then was It stressed to me to ensure I cleaned up when leaving, what was my 30 Euro for when I cleaned up). This fee negated the savings from staying at a hotel that included breakfeast. Another nasty surprise, they only take cash, fortunately we scraped together enough cash to pay and then we had to go to the bank. |

The view from the apartment was great and it is spacious for a family The cleaning fee was a very unpleasant surprise and destroyed our short stay. For just one night we had a 70% cleaning fee added to the bill(50 euros!!!!!) even though we had been given a long rules and regulations guide requiring cleaning from our part. This was not communicated to us on arrival and on the reservation through internet this fee only appeared at the very bottom in small letters however in huge bold writing the confirmation of hotel fee without this additional cost which is mandatory was very obvious. We felt like we got totally scammed too bad, ruined a nice experience |

pohodlí+čistota problémy při pozdním příjezdu (na uvedených dvou telefonních číslech neuměla paní vůbec anglicky a nedovedla nám dát instrukce jak se dostat do hotelu, ačkoliv instrukce pro pozdě přijíždějící zněla jasně- volat na dvě čísla.. nejprve jsme volali, že budeme mít zpoždění a ona nám řekla,že to je bez problému. po příjezdu, kdy nikdo nikde nebyl jsme ji opět volali a ona nám řekla, že za 5 minut někdo přijede. po 50 minutách čekání jsme opět volali. na to, že nikdo nepřijel téměř nereagovala, domluva byla opět v hodně špatné angličtině a němčině, kterou jsme bohužel neovládali my.paní boj nakonec vzdala a řekla, že nám nemůže pomoci.poté jsme sehnali telefon na majitelku hotelu a ta nám vysvětlila jak použít kód a dostat se ke klíči=do hotelu |

Las vistas. Las camas eran malisimas, dolor de espalda asegurado, termine durmiendo en el suelo. Sin ascensor y en el 3º piso, no se puede pagar con tarjeta y todo tiene suplemento. Mejor un hotel, en la zona existen multitud de sitios mejores, nos cambiamos al 3er dia. |

locatia la sosea, vederea superba- muntii, balconul in care se putea sta lejer la plaja si puteai servi masa, utilitati liminarea taxei de curatenie sau includerea ei in pret. Te pacalesc cu un cost total la rezervare pentru ca la final sa mai platesti 30 eur pentru taxa curatenie de care nu te anunta initial in niciu-n mod. |

Accès au Hammam et spa gratuit après 17h. Appartement grand pour 3 personnes Voiture obligatoire. Pas d'activité autour en été. Cout de nettoyage excessif pour le peu à réaliser. Déconseillé pour le couchage d'une 4ème personne. |
