The location surrounding is very quiet and peace > Good for relaxing trip.. Many hidden charges = EU30 (Hotel cleaning) + Electricity charges + Tax = All these charges double up the room price reflected in the website. |

Lady does not speak any english. We booked a room we were charged for an appartment, however reservation shows "all service included" on a EUR 57 room charge we were charged an additional EUR 30 for cleaning. For two person, staying overnight it is a simple rip off. Furniture in the room is very old probably bought at second hand furniture shop. The bathroom had no shower curtain, not a single soap to was hand, and bathroom cupboard soaking wet surface pealing off. There was a flooding in the apartment and it has not been renovated, water patches on the ceiling , and on the wall. Elelctrical conduits were also soaked since watermarks around light switches. The kitchen had a large thick bathroom mat on the floor to compensate for unevenness. |

The views are incredible; very quiet, lots of parking. Spacious rooms and they left the light on for us, as we arrived late. It was difficult to find in the dark; the floors are very creaky and I worried about disturbing other guests. They did not waive the $30 cleaning fee on top of the room rate, even though we only slept in the beds one night and did not use the kitchen facilities. |

Good breakfast This apartment was almost impossible to drive to. Loud street noise on one side, loud bar noise on the other side. No air conditioning. We looked for other accomodations. |

Our appartment was clean and had two large bedrooms. It was quiet and peaceful. The view from the porch was fit for a postcard. The staff spoke no English, so it was difficult for us to get any information about the area. You pay in cash when you check in. Also, I thought that the 50 Euro cleaning fee was steep for a two night stay. |

Superb location and a very good value for money.The care taker lady was very nice and helping.We went there with two kids and she did all to make all of us happy and comfortable.There is ample free parking near the hotel |

Nagyon szép helyen van, a környezet tisztasága lehetne jobb. belülről jobb, mint kívül. A helyiségek nagysága kitünő. A konyha felszereltsége nem praktikus, mikrohullámu sütő kellene. Bejelentkezési időt (16 pm) előbbre kellene hozni. |

Lovely countryside village with a wonderrful panorama. Ideal for a family to spend a week. We got what we expected. Not a luxury **** hotel but it was worth its price. |

soltanto la posizione vicino ai laghi del salisburghese e il fatto che all'ufficio informazioni di Gosau c'è una ragazza efficientissima che parla anche l'italiano niente pulizia ,arredamento ridotto ai minimi termini,fatiscente e sporco,fino ad arrivare all'acqua dei rubinetti marrone !! |

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, zum Schifahren sicher recht praktisch (haben wir aber nicht gemacht). Die Einrichtung besteht aus alten Möbeln und Teppichen. Die Küche hat kein Fenster. |

Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr ruhig. Für unsere im vorhinein geplanten Ausflüge ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Warmwassertemperatur sehr gering, erst nach längerem laufen lassen konnte man duschen. Nur Barzahlung möglich. Geschirr nicht ausreichend ausgestattet. |
