The apartment was located in a quiet street, only 5 minutes from Stephansdom; the staff were very helpful. We especially liked the spacious apartment which for ideal with 3 children. |

Almost everything: perfect localisation, superb room (great kitchen!), real comfort A little things: they told me that i should park car in underground parking and gave me tickets. They didn't say that it costs 17E/day. It was no problem but they should said about price at beginning. Secondly: slow elevator ;-) |

location,easy to reach the heating system was a little bit noisy, especially by night.also, the fan in the toilet and bathroom was very annoying as it started every two minutes.otherwise, everything was just fine. |

We travelled to Vienna with our little kid, and we found that the apartments fit well for us. Hotel is very centrally located with many sights/restaurants/shops nearby, however it is on a quiet street with very little traffic and crowd. Another plus is a kitchenette, so we could prepare some baby food for the kid and breakfast for us. The rooms are cleaned daily and very thoroughly. The windows in the room where we stayed looked into a narrow courtyard, so there was very little daylight. Also the hotel does not have a restaurant, so the only option for breakfast is to go to a cafe or prepare your own. |

Very nice decorated rooms/suites, very comfortable bed,spacious with free internet access in the room without having to bring your own laptop. There is a kitchen in every room which is great! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff! A bit noisy because there is a glasscontainer just outside the hotel which is beeing used all day long... Some pictures on the walls with make it even more welcoming. |

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. It was lovely and warm (being Winter this was important) and we were able to regulate the temperature ourselves. The apartment was modern and clean and had everything we needed. It was also amazingly central, we never heard any noise from either neighbouring apartments or from the street. Excellent! |

We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us. The stafff was very helpful as well. |

Yes, I got room on 5 floor and elevator was not closed on 4-th floor so I had to walk many time on huge stairs with my packages. |

sehr freundliches und hilfreiches personal, extrem sauber,beste, wunderbare lage um die stadt zu erobern, ruhige lage mitten im zentrum, viele tolle restaurants und beisln rund ums hotel, tolle überraschung einladung auf ein frühstück in einem wiener caffeehaus ich fühlte mich wie "ihr zu hause auf reisen" . |

今回二回目で前回もとても快適でよかったのでまた予約しました。地下鉄も市電もすぐ近くですし、スーパーもカフェも近くにあり便利でお部屋もとてもきれいでゆったりしていて素晴らしかったです。片言のドイツ語しか話せない私に対してでも、フロントの方も皆さん親切ですし、夜中にグラスを落として割ってしまったのですが、嫌な顔一つせずとても親切な対応だったので本当に嬉しかったです。またウィーンに行くときはここへ泊まりたいと思います。 |
