The apartment was rather spacious and most of all, clean and modern. They are located in an older building with a great staircase and elevator and only a couple of minutes walk from Stadpark. Very central and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and the check in and check out process were seamless. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Vienna. And on top of that, the WIFI worked and there was no dropouts during my visit.
Excellent location, friendly and hospitable staff, spacious rooms, family friendly
Nothing in particular
location, style of apartment in a mixed use block, attention to detail and thought-through facilities.
Great location, lovely rooms and bathroom. Nespresso coffee in the room :) bonus.
Beds and pillows are quite soft.
Spacious and modern
No cleaning lady to change towels, sheets, and make the bed. No reception. And the hotel is not located near the charles bridge as it is stated on booking.com and google, so for travelers without cellphone data it is very difficult to find the hotel. Also does not accept cards for payment.
Non-hotel like feeling, starting from old-fashioned elevator, no doorman, but pretty and comfortable. Great location.
Spaciousness. Very we'll equips kitchen including excellent coffee machine and dishwasher.
Pillows were too soft. Towels were a little thin. Wooden floors creaked. But minor complaints compared to everything positive.
This hotel is ideal if you plan on spending your time immersed in Vienna. It is a few blocks from Stephensplatz, with all of the shops, cafés, restaurants, museums and, of course, the cathedral and St. Peter's Church. You can walk to Stadtpark, Hofburg Palace and Albertina as well as to the Belvedere museums. The hotel is actually on the upper floors of an apartment building which is in a lovely, upscale neighborhood with a few excellent restaurants within a block or two. (Al Borgo is exceptional). The studio has high ceilings and is large enough, with a king sized bed (actually 2 twins put together and the mattresses were a little thin) a sofa, arm chair, coffee table and desk...with room to move around. Kitchenette is for coffee or tea and keeping beverages chilled, but nothing else. The bath is windowless but clean, single sink with granite counter space, full tub and is sufficient but not luxurious. It would be great if, in their reception area on the mezzanine, they put in a coffee/capucinno machine and had some pastries in the morning. The church bells start chiming at 7 AM and we found that delightful. All in all, it's a perfect location and that counts! Would stay here again and would recommend it as well.
The mattresses were thin and had a dip in the middle.
Large and spacious, liked having doors to separate bedroom from kitchen and huge bathroom..unusual for a studio apartment. Fab location and within a few minutes walk of some of the best rated restaurants in old Vienna. Nespresso machine and pods is a lovely touch.
Double bed=2 singles next to each other with 2 separate quilts...not very romantic. Pillows very flat and had to ask for extra one each.
Really quiet in the night and very nice creamy coffee!
The rest!would not recomand to anyone.i think rasism rules there!
Great location. Beautiful building and lift! Cozy apartment with nice decor and good bathroom, very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Overall, excellent cost-quality ratio.
- Great location. 5 mins walk from main shopping and central museum area. - Clean and picturesque. Lovely restored building and apartments have been very well maintained - Good kitchenette and bathroom with toiletries. - very friendly and helpful staff
- beds were hard - more like a pension, than a hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
there is a reason why this hotel has such great reviews. my wife (including six-month baby) were very impressed by the great accommodations, staff and location of this wonderful hotel. highly recommended.
the only challenge was that our stroller did not easily fit into the elevator, but otherwise excellent!
Very friendly staff especially Mr Karim, very clean apartment,
Central location, modern interior includign air conditioning. Our studio family room had a compact kitchen and was suitably equipped for simple meals. Two nearby supermarkets. We appreciated the tea, coffee and chocolates on the pillow. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The 2 steps into the double bedroom were a concern in the middle of the night. (I had some difficulty using the microwave oven because I am only 1.6m tall.)
Everything Also only two minute walk to st Stephan and all quality cafés and restaurants and amazing buildings and architecture. What a city !
Generous supply of good quality Nespresso coffee. Apartment is very comfortable and clean, all facilities are excellent. Friendly, attentive staff.
Colour scheme of interior is a little strong - orange, purple, mustard. Perhap lighter colours would give a more contemporary ambience, befitting the rest of facilities. A minor point, though.
Apartment Room was spacious and really amazing loved the coffee maker.
Lift was often busy had to wait often It was strange not having the reception for hotel on ground floor doors being locked at night needing a key and deciding who would have key when we all were going different ways.Toilet along way from main bedroom
Location, near metro station and near historical city center
The attitude o the reception. Was approved to have late check out. On arrival she stated that Booking.com was aware that approval required by hotel. Stated no late check out. When informed of the approval she said that it was notbthemroblem of the hotel. Arrogant and very distasteful manner
My family of 6 needed plenty of space, and this place provided that. It is also in a very quiet area, but within quick walking distance of all the attractions.
The receptionist was absolutely lovely. We we're upgraded to an amazing apartment - it was clean, spacious and had a fantastic view. Plus it was in an amazing location! I will recommend these apartments to everyone!
Nespresso Machine Great Location Very nice and cosy living experience Microwave Full cutlery sets Free Wifi
Wifi is a pain, you have to log in every time you leave you phone for more than 5 min.
Carpark is a short walk away and is a public carpark. As we were staying for 7 nights, we were given a three day and a four day parking ticket but meant we had to return to the car park in the middle of our stay.
