A little old appartment

Our dog Bella was made very welcome. Every single item in the apartment was spotless. Meadow next door was perfect for our dog

Out of season, no cafe nearby.

The staff were all lovely and helpful with advice on any walks or things to do. Apartment had great views of the mountains and town. It was so peaceful, although there was some work going on in the surrounding hotels the noise did not affect the quietness of the area. It was only about a 10 minute walk to the town. The sauna and steam room facilities were a bonus, they even provided the towels.

Indoor pool indicated in the hotel' description is public and 8 km away (the pool is very good, but it is located even not in this city). Indicated Fitness centre is also far from the hotel and it is chargeable. Children's playground looks like it is 100 years old - it didn't attract our 6-year child.

Herr Kerber extended a warm welcome from the first minute and was consistently helpful and friendly. To illustrate the personal touch, the family left us a very decent bottle of Austrian wine for our return one afternoon. Accommodation was fairly basic but exceptionally good value given its superb location, set on a hillside with spectacular views. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending the apartments to friends and family.

Little to complain about other than minor details such as the eccentric positioning of power sockets and absence of certain kitchen utensils.

Apartment facilities and balcony, also owner is good natured

Bit far from station

It was so warm and cosy and the view from our balcony was stunning, especially when the sun rose over the mountains. The spa/relaxation area was superb,first class Fresh rolls in the morning were a great start to the day The memory foam beds were amazing. Our weeks stay at Appartementanlage Kerber was excellent all round. An out of season break to visit family and to enjoy the beautiful Autumn colours of Austria.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival by the owner, who speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Our apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed. We had a super terrace where we had breakfast each morning. Fresh rolls can be ordered from the local bakery. It was a 10 minute walk into Seefeld although there is also a free local bus service passes by the apartments. We were satisfied with everything, for a very reasonable rate.

we spent 8 days last week in a two bedroom appartment here and had a wonderful time. Our appartment was very spacious, well appointed and perfectly clean. We were on the top floor with great views, two good size bedrooms, a very large lounge area, dining area and well equiped kitchen as well as a spacious balcony. The owners were most helpful and friendly also full of advice on where to visit. They also have a fantastic spa with two saunas and a turkish and whirl bath which are all beautifully appointed, a great place to relax after a day in the mountains. The appartments are only a ten minute walk into the town which has a great selection of restaurants as well. We are now looking forward to visiting in winter, thanks for a great time.

Beautiful and quite location, services / facilities and hospitality, value for money.

All the staff were very friendly & extremely helpful about walks in the area. The apartment was very clean & had everything you needed. the spa was a very welcome addition at the end of a long days walking, especially as we had it to ourselves every time we used it! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again & can highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the quiet location and the pleasant stroll to the village centre. The apartment is spacious and excellent value. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are good, the apartment is warm and there is a pleasant separate patio garden for outside dining. We took advantage of the free use of the stunning alpine swimming pool at nearby Leutasch. A visit to the memorable nearby town of Mittenwald, with it's beautiful frescoes was also a highlight. The transport options are very good and easily accessible. Herr Kerber is very polite and friendly, happy to offer advice and information. A local bus ticket for 12 euros for the entire duration stay is highly recommended. There are four supermarkets in the village and the adjoining lake is a very pleasant walk. There are plenty of concerts in the village centre park. The nearby mountain railway operates every 30minutes to give breathtaking views. The train and bus service to Innsbruck is frequent and reliable.

Every thing was excellent and very kind and helpful staff and speak well English. This was my second stay in Kerber and we enjoyed this visit as well as last visit which was on September 2011. I highly recommend this place. Wonderful place with wonderful owners.

Leider waren viele Hütten und Seilbahnen geschlossen. Auch viele Bauarbeiten bei Bahnen und Seilbahnen.
