Good value for money, friendly staff, always hot water (excellent treat when you return from all day skiing). No negatives really, but little suggestion: availability of slightly more kitchen equipments would be nice ;o) |

The location was perfect, the rooms great value for money, and the hotel manager was fantastic! Only suggestion - shower over bath should have a higher position so one can stand whilst showering and not have to sit in the bath. |

Location was good; quiet area, close to the waterfall; kitchen was usefull, lots of ustensils left there so we can use them; very good value; etc. |

Hotellet ligg litt lenger ned enn sentrum i Bad Gastein, dvs ca 5min gange til Kongressentrum, 10min til Silver Bullet AfterSki og litt for langt til å gå med skiutstyr til Stubnerkogelheisen. Men det er ingen problem, fordi Skibussen går kun 3-400m fra hotellet ved Nikolauskirche. Personalet på hotellet er særs hyggelege, og dei kan gje tips om det meste som skjer i Bad Gastein. Noe hard seng, ellers var rommet upåklagelig. |

Trevligt bemötande och bra service, bra med eget pentry, härlig frukostmatsal med bra frukost,vackra mattor i gemensamma utrymmen, fin utsikt över dalen Svag lukt på ffa ett av rummen. En hård säng. |

Väldigt stor lägenhet med tanke på priset, 2 stora rum, 2 badrum och kokskåp. Vänlig personal, skifte av sängkläder och handdukar samt viss städning under veckan trots att det egentiligen inte skulle ingå. Bra läge! |

Нам очень понравился отель,вид из окна великолепный.Уютная атмосфера,необыкновенное гостеприимство.Хорошие завтраки,удобная парковка. Персонал пытается помочь во всех вопросах и поражает радушием.Отель расположен практически в центре курорта. |

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter! Von Chefin als Entschädigung für geschlossenes Restaurant am 2 Tag Frühstück umsonst. Zimmereinrichtung total veraltet.Handtuchhalter usw. lose, Frühstück konnte für 1 Tag nicht dazu genommen werden,da Restaurant geschlossen.Auf Buchungsseite sollte ersichtlich sein,ob und wann Restaurant offen. |
