This is our 2nd year in this accommodation which says it all. Claudia is so helpful and friendly. The appartments now have wi-fi which is a plus as my husband does not ski. Will be back again next year.

Excellent location and value for money

great location cleanest I ever seen the staff member I met was friendly and very welcoming the heating was always on and lots off kitchen utensils to cook with.

Central village location. Very close to choice of restaurants and supermarket. Ski bus stops 10 metres from front door of apartment or 15 minute walk to gondola station. Warm welcome and helpful staff. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher with dishwasher tablets supplied. Modern shower room.

The oven and hob were in full working order and the apartments are situated in a quiet location, even though they are in the centre of Soll

The apartements are spacious and reasonably well equipped and fitted out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our additional needs e.g. doing our laundry for us, being available to speak to on the phone when we had a query. The apartements are in the middle of the village, so we did not have far to walk to reach any of the shops, restaurants, local free bus or events which were going on.

The central location meant that there was occasionally noise from the street late at night, but for people who love to stay up late, that would not be a problem. There was a distinct lack of hooks, especially in the bathrooms, so bring your own sucker ones!

The apartment was very central in the village and surrounding areas. Also, was very clean, had everything there we needed and Claudia, the owner, was very helpful at all times.

Only complaint was that there could have been more information in English regarding places to visit etc.

Fantastic spacious appartments, well equiped very clean and in a great location. Claudia was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are immaculate, beds comfortable, superb views from our spacious balcony and a very well equiped kitchen.

Az Appartman Herold egy csodálatos hegyekkel körülvett kisvárosban helyezkedik el.Pontosan a városközpontban, így minden egy karnyújtásnyira van tőle.Ideális fiatal pároknak, időseknek, a téli sport szerelmeseinek és a túrázni vágyóknak.A Tulajdonosok nagyon barátságosak és segítőkészek.

Die Lage im Zentrum ist ideal.

Prima gelegen; midden in het dorp, op steenworp afstand van de bus. 2 Badkamers welke vorig jaar zijn gerenoveerd. Het appartement is ruim genoeg.

Het appartement is, op de badkamers na, gedateerd. Verwarming deed het niet, maar werd direct de volgend dag herstelt.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage am Wilden Kaiser. Die Hotelleitung kümmerte sich persönlich und mit sehr viel persönlichen Einsatz und Engagement um unsere Anliegen und Probleme.

dat er niemand te vinden was. alleen bij aankomst kreeg je de sleutel en wat uitleg en vervolgens niemand meer gezien gij terug keer naar huis de sleutel maar in de deur laten zitten omdat er niemand aanwezig was ( alle dagen is er niemand geweest)

Alles was netjes geregeld. Mijn vrouw had dr ring laten liggen in het appartement. Bij thuis komst contact hierover gehad, ze hadden de ring bij de schoonmaak gevonden en naar ons adres in nederland opgesturd. Geweldig!

Je moet even door hebben waar je moet kijken naar je kamernummer en weten dat die deur open is. Aanmelden is niet nodig.

Geweldige service! Tegen dezelfde prijs een groter appartement gekregen ivm moeilijkheden lopen. Claudia heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we de bergen op konden met de scootmobiel. Tijdens de vakantie was ik jarig en kreeg ik heel attent een fles wijn en chocolaatjes. Heel erg gastvriendelijk. Iedere keer als we bijvoorbeeld handdoeken nodig hadden konden ze gewoon gewisseld worden. Geen meerprijs voor handoeken, beddengoed e.d. Appartementen waren heel netjes en schoon. Kabeltelevisie en internetaansluiting. Gratis internet op de kamer. Echt helemaal geweldig. Hier gaan we zeker nog een keer een keer op vakantie. Met complimenten aan Claudia van Appartements Herold!

Comunicazione zero , zero. Solo inglese parlato . Mai visto nessuno , tutto per telefono e molto freddo come comunicazione. Lasciato addirittura il pagamento in una cassetta della posta perchè non c'era verso di mettersi in comunicazione.

Wonderful location, very nice clean apartment and nice helpful staff.

Some rooms are not modernized but most of them are in wry good shape.

Wir waren mit Tochter und Schwiegersohn und zwei kleinen Kindern (3 und 9 Jahre) in einem Appartement untergebracht. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels empfanden wir alle als sehr angenehm. Kurze Wege sind für Kinder sehr wichtig. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, große helle Schlafzimmer, rundum Bakons und zwei Bäder schufen für uns alle einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Wir wollen nicht meckern, aber wenn es noch etwas zu verbessern gäbe, wären das mal neue Matratzen.
