Everything about this hotel was excellent: the staff was exceptional, polite, very helpful and friendly; both the breakfast and the dinner were amazing and good value for money; the location was 5 minutes away from the ski rental place and 10 minutes from the station. The views were amazing and for those looking for a relaxing time in the evenining there is a nice sauna and games room. We'll go back in the future and recommend this place to our friends.

Super staff, very helpful and kind, nice hotel with excellent breakfast. Minibus (van) available to nearby ski bus. Good ski region. Overall nice holiday Half board not really the best (below average Austrian dinner).

Gleich vorweg: Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt! Schuld daran, war ein ausgezeichnetes, vielfältiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück - ein Eldorado für jemanden verfressenen wir mich. Ein perfekt in den sehr schönen Speisesaal passender, überaus freundlicher Kellner, der uns die Wünsche von den Lippen abzulesen schien, hat für uns das Ganze zum perfekten Paket abgerundet! Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber! Die Betten haben wir ausgiebig und oft getestet und die Zimmer waren Gott sei Dank gut schallisoliert! Abschliessend möchte ich hervorheben, dass wir im Sommer gerne wiederkommen, dieses Mal allerdings am Rücken unserer ducati ! In erster Linie die Heimreise! Wer allerdings neben Sauna, Infrarotsauna und Dampfbad unbedingt auch noch ein Schwimmbad braucht, muss hier wohl einen Kompromiss mit dem angenehmen Preis des Hotels eingehen!

Von der Chefin bis zu zu den Zimmermaedchen waren alle MitarbeiterInnen von ausgesuchter Herzlichkeit , Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und gemuetlich. Fruehstueck und Abendessen sehr gut und preiswert, sehr kinderfreundlich und um das Wohl der Gaeste bemueht. Wir wurden richtig verwoehnt und haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt!! Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr gute ländliche Lage; trotzdem in kürzester Zeit bei Örtlichkeiten mit super Freizeitangebot. Preisgünstig; aber gutes Wellnessangebot. Bauarbeiten nach Neuübernahme noch nicht vollständig abgeschlossen.

Bereidwilligheid van alle medewerkers om vragen te beantwoorden, te hulp te zijn (lokaal vervoer) en probleempjes op te lossen. Zij waren hierin pro actief. Bij aankomst bleek onze kamer geen wifi ontvangst te hebben. 1 dag later was het probleem verholpen.

Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir waren im vorigen Jahr schon einmal zum selben Zeitpunkt im Hotel Montana. Da war es aber noch unter der Führung der Familie Baerts. Das war auch einer der Hauptgründe warum wir uns wieder für dieses Hotel entschieden haben. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir aber leider feststellen, dass das Hotel seit 1. Juni 2012 unter einer neuen Führung steht. Leider deshalb, weil sich das Frühstücksangebot, sowie Sauberkeit des Zimmers immens verschlechtert haben!!! Da passt dann auch nicht mehr das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sollten wir nochmals in Bad Mitterndorf Urlaub machen, dann mit Sicherheit nicht mehr im Apparthotel Montana!
