Aqua Dome 4 Sterne Superior Hotel & Tirol Therme Längenfeld    

Fantastic accommodations. Very good food and very convenient to the Aqua Dome Spa Terme and the private Spa 3000 via a short, very relaxing and well decorated underground tunnel. We highly recommend it.

The therme area is very amazing and the nice location. Very good food also for children (there are a children menù).

Honestly, this year I was very disappointed the staff at the reception. Reception staff not properly trained and friendly. The staff speaks Italian does't help in case of need. It was the second time I went to this hotel and I also have the vitality card (their fidelity card), but it made ​​me angry that the loyalty card is a joke. Every two weeks it would be for a discount on the nights that we were not done. If you are staying more than two weeks in you will be entitled to a discount that we have not been done. Even though we have repeatedly asked the girl at the desk told us of laziness to request it again the next time. If you do not speak German employees of the reception prove intolerant.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Aqua Dome. This is one hotel where their pictures are a true reflection of how beautiful the surroundings and thermal spa and sauna area is. Equally impressive was the food and service for both dinner and breakfast. When you have such a beautiful location and thermal area together with great hotel staff and food you cannot feel anything but relaxed and positive.

Spa, big comfortable rooms,food,mountains around.Great piano guy in the bar.Fantastic place.

A bit far from ski area, very long check in,slow service in restaurant- always long waiting for a drinks to oder and to get after.There are construction works on site, but we got discounts for food in spa resto and few cakes to take away with us as apologies.Nice touch!

we saw a photo of the aqua dome on the internet and were immidiately convinced to choose it for our 40 anniversary on 13 march 2012. we took an air trip from abroad and were surprised that the reality exeeded our very high expectations. all the complex of the aqua dome thermals and the hotel is new and modern, has an impressive architecture and is surrounded 360 degrees by close alpine mountains. the aqua dome is a huge spa that include many attractions for different tastes, but the 3 outside pools and some of the saunas at the sauna-world are a top tourist attraction, beyond their functionality. (the saunas are used in the nude, but you can stay with a towel) every day we enjoyed an ideal combination of spa & ski. driving to 2 famous austrian ski resorts is easy (10 mins to solden, 25 to obergurgl). there is also a public bus at the entrance to the hotel. staying at the aqua dome hotel allows you to reach the spa area unlimited times, from 7 am to 11 pm, by a heated and interesting corridor, from your room wearing your bathrobe. another huge advantage of the hotel is that the first 2 hours every day are open exclusively for the hotel guests, so it is never crowded. (and those are the best time of the day). we reserved a junior suite with fireplace and a big balcony and were lucky to have a view over the spa itself, but all the rooms have balconies with great alpine views. we are very experienced travellers and travelled over 100 countries and teritories, including the real north pole and the antarctics. staying alone in the magical warm outside pools, in a cold nice winter morning, before breakfast, looking 360 degrees at the close alpine mountains is one of the few top easily accessed experiences on earth.

the price tag is high, but this place is unique.

La spa 3000 è bellissima

Nessuno dello staff parla italiano. La struttura è molto grande e, all'arrivo, sarebbe bene venissero fornite adeguate informazioni su come raggiungere le varie zone termali o, in alternativa, venisse consegnata agli ospiti una piantina del luogo. Noi siamo arrivate di venerdì, pertanto la visita guidata dei luoghi organizzata dall'hotel per il sabato, per noi era tardiva.

La piscine, le spa, le confort de la chambre, le choix des repas et l'amabilité du personnel.

Bei meiner Online Buchung wurde meine 6-jaehrige Tochter als gratis ausgewiesen, beim Checkout musste ich 45 Euro fuer ihren Aufenthalt bezahlen. Dass haette ich gerne bereits waehrend der Buchung erfahren. Schade, denn das truebt eine ansonsten exzellente und empfehlenswerte Reise.

Top ausgestattetes, sehr schönes Hotel. Geräumige Zimmer mit hohem Komfort.

Das Service-Personal ist total überfordert. Unangenehm lange Wartezeiten während den Menue-Gängen. Wir waren über eine 1/2 Stunde mit leerem Weinglas am Tisch, dass darf in einem 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel nicht sein! Die Qualität der Speisen ist lediglich mittelmässig. Das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel stimmt nicht!

Wir waren sehr begeistert, dies in jeder Hinsicht.

Зона без плавок и то, не совсем четкое отделение ее от зоны в плавках, отсутствие в зоне в плавках получить тот же объем услуг, что и в зоне без плавок (нет таких парных, саун, кафе).
