Spa, big comfortable rooms,food,mountains around.Great piano guy in the bar.Fantastic place.

A bit far from ski area, very long check in,slow service in restaurant- always long waiting for a drinks to oder and to get after.There are construction works on site, but we got discounts for food in spa resto and few cakes to take away with us as apologies.Nice touch!

we saw a photo of the aqua dome on the internet and were immidiately convinced to choose it for our 40 anniversary on 13 march 2012. we took an air trip from abroad and were surprised that the reality exeeded our very high expectations. all the complex of the aqua dome thermals and the hotel is new and modern, has an impressive architecture and is surrounded 360 degrees by close alpine mountains. the aqua dome is a huge spa that include many attractions for different tastes, but the 3 outside pools and some of the saunas at the sauna-world are a top tourist attraction, beyond their functionality. (the saunas are used in the nude, but you can stay with a towel) every day we enjoyed an ideal combination of spa & ski. driving to 2 famous austrian ski resorts is easy (10 mins to solden, 25 to obergurgl). there is also a public bus at the entrance to the hotel. staying at the aqua dome hotel allows you to reach the spa area unlimited times, from 7 am to 11 pm, by a heated and interesting corridor, from your room wearing your bathrobe. another huge advantage of the hotel is that the first 2 hours every day are open exclusively for the hotel guests, so it is never crowded. (and those are the best time of the day). we reserved a junior suite with fireplace and a big balcony and were lucky to have a view over the spa itself, but all the rooms have balconies with great alpine views. we are very experienced travellers and travelled over 100 countries and teritories, including the real north pole and the antarctics. staying alone in the magical warm outside pools, in a cold nice winter morning, before breakfast, looking 360 degrees at the close alpine mountains is one of the few top easily accessed experiences on earth.

the price tag is high, but this place is unique.

Could have more experienced staff in the restaurant rather than highschool kids.

Main dinner course is "a big plate with little food in the middle - gourmet style", but u have a good buffet in the beginning to choose from. Price is expensive, but I guess u pay what u get! Also, u need to pay a fee if you want to spend the day in the spa after your check out. I think this is a bit "cheap" for such a hotel. You can however use the spa before the check in the day of arrival.

Превосходный отель! Отзывчивый персонал. Термы просто восхитительны. Чистота и уют, отдых и расслабление! Наличие строящегося корпуса абсолютно не заметно для отдыхающих. Разнообразие на завтрак и меню для гурманов на ужин. Всё очень понравилось. Будут деньги- приедем ещё ! :)

В зоне саун надо сделать один или несколько дней в неделю проход свободный для всех. Дети знают, что есть зона саун , а попасть туда не могут. Просто какая-то дискриминация. Или в термах сделать детскую зону из одной или нескольких саун. Отсутствие в ресторане русского меню! (на курорте отдыхает достаточно много наших соотечественников, плохо владеющих английских или немецким языками.)

Sauny a bazény jsou opravdu parádní. Jídlo je drahé, ale moc dobré (doplácel jsem si snídani i večeři - lepší cena ubytování z bleskové nabídky je bez stravy )

Die hochwertige moderne Ausstattung des Hotelbereichs sowie der großzügige Saunabereich sind sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen professionell und sehr aufmerksam (z.B. ging das Internet in der Bibliothek nicht, sofort wurde das Problem behoben), das Frühstücksbuffet läßt nun wirklich keine Wünsche offen (bis auf weiche Eier, die auch bei direkter Bestellung nicht weich serviert wurden), die Speisekarte in der Therme bzw. das HP-Menü ist abwechslungsreich, anspruchsvoll und die Speisen werden kunstvoll angerichtet. Es wird noch bis Dezember umgebaut, d.h. ein Anbau mit rund 60 Zimmern plus Wellnessbereich nur für Hotelgäste entsteht. Wir haben davon nichts mitbekommen, weil wir ein Zimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite bekommen haben.

Schade ist, daß an den Fenstern im Zimmer keine Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln sind. So wurde es bei Tagesanbruch hell im Zimmer, ich wurde dadurch wach und konnte nicht mehr einschlafen. Tückisch ist auch der Handtuchwärmer im Badezimmer, der sich immer wieder alleine ausstellt, sobald er die Betriebstemperatur erreicht hat. Man muß ihn dann wieder per Schalter anschalten, weil die Heizung sonst kalt wird. Die Vollmassage dauerte nicht 50 Minuten, sondern allerhöchstens 45 Minuten. Und in diesen 45 Min. sind auch noch einige Minuten enthalten, in denen ich nur so auf der Liege lag, weil mich die Masseurin "zum Ruhen" alleine gelassen hat. Dafür sind dann 60 Euro etwas viel.

Facile accessibilità (solo 23 Km.) dall'autostrada Innsbruk-Bregenz. Accoglienza;disponibilità del personale;massima cortesia. La posizione : ampie camere con vista stupenda. Complesso termale (interno ed esterno) con collegamento diretto all'Hotel. Grande varietà ed ottima qualità dei cibi,soprattutto quelli a buffet.

Litt langt fra skibakkene, ligger langt nede mellom høye fjell så solen forsvinner ganske tidlig om ettermiddagen. Hotellet tok litt høyere pris enn det som var avtalt gjennom Booking.com til tross for fremvist booking-bekreftelse.

Fitness Center schien nicht ganz fertig zu sein. Wireless lan / Internet Anschluss dürftig.

я расчитался с отелем по окончании отдыха, при этом отель дополнительно заморозил на моеём счету полную сумму пробывания на период 30 дней!!!!
