A small pool, sun terrace. Hotel is near a fast route, so rooms from the street are noisy, you must close the windows. Difficult reach to the lake. To get to lake and to city restaurants, you must go about 3kms. There were only 2 bikes for rent for whole hotel! Terrace was crowded. |

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The wellness area was perfect ( Big Gym , many types of Saunas & Steam bathes...etc). The hotel was about 300m away of the lake and the golf court separate the hotel from the lake so we had to take an annoying route specially with kids. Also we had a very small view to the lake because the hotel was far from the lake and some big trees blocked the view |

Unsere Anreise war aus geschäftlichen Gründen gegen 23.00 Uhr gemeldet - um diese Zeit gibt es keinen Pagen der einem das Gepäck abnimmt oder in den weitläufigen Gängen das Zimmer zeigt, man folgt lediglich der Beschreibung des Rezeptionisten. Die Heizung war ausgeschaltet,das Zimmer nicht temperiert sowie das Badezimmer kalt,Da es im Badezimmer keine Fußbodenheizung gibt - nur den Heizungslüfter unter dem Waschbecken fällt der Standard auf 2 Sterne Niveau. Als wir noch einen Snack aus der Minibar nehmen wollten mussten wir feststellen das das Ablaufdatum vom Knabbergebäck um mehr als 2 Monate abgelaufen war. Im Saunabereich waren alle Duschmöglichkeiten auf Heisswasser programmiert, die Wellness-Rezeption war nicht besetzt- |

Celkove hotel pusobil dobre a sluzby na recepci byly velmi dobre, zamestnanci zaridili vse co jsme potrebovali. Obsluha v restauraci byla velmi spatna. Na piti jsme cekali pul hodiny, na jidlo hodinu. Restaurace byla prazdna, takze to nemohlo byt tim, ze nestihali. |

Wir schätzen die Nähe zur Festspielstadt Salzburg und gleichzeitig eben die perfekte Lage am Fuschlsee. So ist es ideal sowohl in der Stadt als auch in der Natur Zeit zu verbringen! Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht kein so ideales Zimmer, konnten aber dann Dank der sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption (Frau Harda) ab der zweiten Nacht in ein sehr schönes Zimmer ohne Aufpreis wechseln! |
