Breakfast way very nice, comfortable rooms, SPA I asked for non-smoking room and get smoking room in 1st floor. The receptions was convincing me that this is non smoking room although there was ash tray in the room and you could really smell smoking (in hotel brochure is writen that in the 1st floor are smoking rooms). After complain I get new room which was not clean.

I did appreciate the quiet in the room - no sounds of traffic nor of others in the next room. The mini-bar while over priced did provide refrigerator space for food/drink bought at nearby grocery stores (within 1 block of the hotel). The a/c worked well and the city was unbelievably hot. The surfaces of the furniture and bathroom were clean but the floor which is hardwood was dusty and was not cleaned during my 3 night stay. Same tiny piece of paper that was on floor when I arrived never moved during my stay. On Booking.com it says or implies that wi-fi is included. It is accessible throughout the hotel but you have to pay to use it. There is a single computer in the lobby that can be used for free but it is busy and you need to limit your time on it if others are waiting to use it. For the cost and convenience to the city, I have stayed at 3 star hotels in Vienna that were more spacious, had a/c and free wi-fi throughout hotel, included a varied buffet breakfast for less money than at this hotel. Unfortunately for me this was the only hotel I could find at the last minute that had a/c (it was unbearably hot that week) and was fairly close to the 1st district and where I need to go.

I liked the modern decor and zingy colour scheme, the staff were very helpful too. We enjoyed the happy hour in the bar when cocktails were almost half price and very tasty. To get to the metro you had to use the underpass and we ended up getting taxis home as we weren't sure how safe it would be. The white walls in the bedroom looked good, however there were quite a few scuff marks. We wanted to make a cup ot tea in the room and asked at the bar for a small jug of milk, only to be given a glass and charged 3 euros 20. A bit disappointed by this as it was a 4 star hotel and we've never been charged anywhere else.

Wlan connection was interrupted in every 5-10 minutes, so it was hardly usable. We have found an empty bottle under the bed.

Booked 2 nights for the marathon weekend. Great location, startline practically at the doorstep. U Bahn station a few hundred yards only. Nice and quiet room. Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant could do better with a little bit lower prices and better selection on the menu. Would have opted for a pre-race dinner in the hotel if they had had pasta. Went to a nice Italian restaurant in the city centre instead where we met a lot of hotel clients while the hotel was empty..

Helpful staff. Breakfast area in the morning is too crowded, it might be difficult to get a seat when you want it. Breakfast itself is good. Also, I would have preferred an iron and ironing board to be in the room, not in a special ironing room miles away.

Location near un building is perfect. But that is the only positive aspect. Welcome unsatisfactory by unfriendly hotel staff when booking was not easily identified. Hotel had registered reservation in the wrong name - no apology offered. Room carpet was filthy, and I found hairs on the pillow. At breakfast the same unfriendly welcome.

Location is great if you need to be near Vienna International Center. There is a metro station just across. Room clean. Better to book rooms on executive floors with promotion (free fast net, free mini bar, free massage). Also I want to specially recommend one of the staff - Mss Laure Nkonobang, she is executive lounge concierge and she is perfect and very pleasant and committed. Breakfast is very rich for this type of hotels.

I liked very much the location which is near the centre using the subway. Also the bus station to go from the hotel to the airport is 5 minutes far waking from the hotel. The room is using for heating the air conditioning which creates a disconfort, the air in the room being very dry.
