The staff is very attentive and professional. Rooms are large and clean. Moreover, the hotel is close to VIC that is very important for participants of the meetings and conferences, taking into account the permanent lack of free time. It takes you about ten minutes to get to the historical center of Vienna, or to get to the Shopping center (Donau Center).

Nice rooms. Its on the main street but the sound proofing on the windows is perfect. I didn't hear the slightest hint of street noise. Breakfast is very good but expensive. Breakfast expensive. If you come with a car, you'll also be charged by the hotel for parking at their garage. A bit far from city center.

I liked that hotel just because of location close to un , but I found that reception staff are very polite helpful professional , ac did not work well first night , I asked them to fix it or provide me another room , THEY DID PROVIDE ME A ROOM SAME FLOUR BUT NOISY ON MAIN STREET , CONCIERGE WAS VERY GOOD ( AKRAM ) Breakfast should be better lower price ,

- Great value (a special offer) - Extra cost of the buffet breakfast was well worthwhile! - Everything one would expect from an international hotel chain with a solid reputation - Our room was made with a dirty bed sheet. Other than that, there was nothing about the hotel that we didn't like!

Best location for vienna city marathon on april 15th. Excellent breakfast. Good shower and top which let us relax after the run. Friendly and helpful staff. Moden and comfortable design very clean. Only complain is its hard to find good eating place nearby.

The staff is very nice. They upgraded my room from comfort to executive room when we arrived, and they were very helpful on providing tourist information.The hotel has Vienna card for sale and free Vienna map to collect, both are very useful.

I have to say that the staff was great and very helpfull. I arrived very late with just one desire-to catch some sleep and they gave me the quickest and least problematic check-inn of my life. Rooms are clean, not the biggest but spacious enough. It's located well if You're travelling by car-close to the center but without the traffic jams. Breakfast is also great. The view, TV is simply too small.

They asked me to pay an additioanl deposit for future - eventual- consumption of restaurant or minibar. They tolld me is their standard procedure for ALL their guest. However this standard procedure was not mentioned on their site! Rooom and amenities , average.
