This 4-star superior hotel is across from Vienna’s United Nations headquarters and the Austria Center Vienna. Kaisermühlen subway station is just 100 yards away, and the center of the city can be reached with a 10 minute ride. Free internet access is available. Rooms at ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser are spacious and modern. Decorated with a red and white color pattern, they all provide cable TV channels and DVD players. Some rooms have access to the executive lounge, and others include a living room. The Kaiserwasser ARCOTEL features a modern gym, a sauna and a steam bath. Guests can also book massages. With a terrace looking onto the water, the UNO Restaurant serves Austrian and international cuisine, as well as a daily breakfast buffet. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Very nice Hotel located across from the UN building. 5 minute walk over to the Subway station. Very good breakfast. Hotel Staff friendly and helpful. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Opera House area using the Subway - including walking over to the station.

Very convenient for UN Building where I had a meeting. Airport bus stops outside. By paying in advance the room rate, with breakfast, was very good but I usually prefer not to do this in case I have to cancel.

Location - very close to the IAEA where I was attending meetings (just over the road), and also to the U-bahn (subway - again just over the road) and the airport bus stop (right outside the hotel). Quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Right next to the Danube river which is great for strolling along or running. Simple, non-fussy decor in the room with very good wifi. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast room was very busy at 8 am (peak time) and it was difficult to find somewhere to sit.

Perfect facilities (gym+sauna), mostly friendly staff, spacious rooms, located just opposite to conference center and subway station (10 minutes to city center by train and train). Internet connection broke a few times and it took some time for staff to fix it. The power plate in gym was 12 euro per use, which is by far too expansive

The restaurant was a very nice surprise. Since we arrived quite late after a long flight we decided to eat in the hotel. Excellent cuisine and nice choice of wines, correct price!

Hotel was very clean and neat. The fact that hotel charges additional 15 Euros for early check in was disappointing. I think that guests who are traveling long distance should not pay this fee. Also, check in at 14:00 is just too late for someone who wants to spend couple of days in Vienna. Hotel has its own parking garage that costs 17 Euros per day which I think is unacceptable.

location wasn't too bad, in front of a train station made vienna accessible, but theres nothing of note in that area to do wifi did not work in my room, and the room temperature was too low and its winter!!!

friendly & helpful reception staff. good variety at breakfast, hot & cold, clean, modern & comfortable. would have prefered to be more central but very convenient for tube to city centre, only 5 mins ride. weekend breakfast crush - didn't run out of food but finding a table was tedious. take your own bath & shower bits. lack of power sockets - could only plug in kettle for a hot drink oin the bathroom
