Gran hotel, novisimo, alejado del centro pero junto a la parada Kaiserwasser de la linea U1.No os perdais el restaurante que tienen, ¡impresionante! el filete de ternera empanado muy tipico allí. Internet gratuito |

El trato humano y profesional del capitan del restaurant y a su personal ,la calidad de sus alimentos ,felicidades al chef, al servicio de camareros , maleteros , asi como a todos aquellos que se esmeran por dar un servicio de calidad. Gracias.....................saludos y nos veremos pronto La politica cambiaria de moneda , no deberia de ser afectada por un cargo , ya que esto podria ser un servicio que acerque mas a los clientes , sean dolares ,euros o otro tipo de divisa , la tienen que modificar. En beneficio de ambos. |

Good size room, good desk, good bed and bathroom, very quiet, one of the best breakfast buffets ever. No availability of English newspapers in the executive lounge or at breakfast. |

This is a 5 star hotel and not 4 I think, staff are very friendly and all kind of amenities are available. I stayed one more night and had to pay more which is fine but when I booked it I was not informed that the breakfast is not included |

the hotel staff are friendly by nature (they dont have fake smiles), room's design was unique, and very close to the U-bahn (metro station), accross the street.... bed and bathroom are clean, but hidden spots are dusty (beneath the curtain, the tv cupboard, etc)... the A/C was not that efficient when temp rises above 28 in vienna... |

The stylish and relaxed atmosphere. The executive lounge is great. The bar is also good and serves great drinks. My girlfriend loved the big mirrors by the bathroom. The room was not spacious. |

Nice and relatively new hotel and rooms. Very clean, and a nice wellness/gym area. Nicely located (station across the road) to get in and out of the city. Parking downstairs (on the street) is free after 12midday on Sat and all Sun. Good size room. Expensive Parking, and for the price paid it should have included breakfast. |

It is a quiet hotel, at least for the rooms that are not oriented to the street. The walls are thin, though. Good location. Very rude and unfriendly staff. No wardrobe in the room (!!!). They didn't replace the little bottle with shower gel when depleted. In the last day, they left just one soap for two persons. |
