Mukava, siisti hotelli. Ruoka oli hyvää. Loistavat kulkuyhteydet metrolla keskustaan. Konferenssi keskus aivan vieressä. Aamupala voisi kuulua huoneen hintaan. Aika arvokas 15 euroa. |

Siisti Hotelli En pitänyt siitä että minulta oli veloitettu ruoka kolmesta aamupalasta vaikka söin vain yhden kerran olin siellä tosiaan vain kaksi yötä, kaverini Eila Miettinen yöpyi kyllä koko ajan. Miettinen maksoi huoneen eikä ollut ymmärtänyt kieltä niin oli maksanut aamupalatkin. Voinko saada rahat takaisin? |

Erinomainen sijainti kongressikeskukseen! Samoin metrolle.Sopii loistavasti henkilöille, jotka osallistuvat johonkin kansainväliseen kongressiin. Aamiainen kohtuuttoman kallis. Hiukan myös ajattelutti ekologisuuden puuttuminen. Ei roskien lajittelua. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä, vaikkei jättänyt lattialle. Kokolattiamatto iso miinus. |

For me the location close to VIC was the most important, but the hotel was also very comfortable and nice-looking. No WIFI access in guestrooms. |

The design and functionality were bot excellent. The staff was professional, responsive and very nice overall. The need for renweing lig-in infor daily was a hassle. Food quality in the restaurant could be better (for the price). |

Professional. Easy access to city via U-Bahn just across the road. Lovely fluffy towels, light, bright room, air conditioning. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. The internet however was slow and secure parking was 16 euros per night but .................. |

This is a 5 star hotel and not 4 I think, staff are very friendly and all kind of amenities are available. I stayed one more night and had to pay more which is fine but when I booked it I was not informed that the breakfast is not included |

the hotel staff are friendly by nature (they dont have fake smiles), room's design was unique, and very close to the U-bahn (metro station), accross the street.... bed and bathroom are clean, but hidden spots are dusty (beneath the curtain, the tv cupboard, etc)... the A/C was not that efficient when temp rises above 28 in vienna... |
