Score from 1601 reviews Very good
The Lenas Donau Hotel enjoys a quiet location directly at the Alte Donau waterfront, only a 5-minute walk from the Alte Donau Underground Station.
Score from 4202 reviews Good
Austria Trend Hotel Messe Wien Prater is located right in front of the Messe Wien Neu, Vienna's fair and convention center, and only a few steps from the Vienna Prater with its famous Giant Ferris...
Score from 897 reviews Excellent
Opened in December 2013, the Motel One Wien-Prater is right next to the Prater amusement park and just 215 yards from the Messe-Prater U-Bahn (subway) Station (line U2).
Score from 2779 reviews Excellent
Near Techgate where we worked. Wifi worked fine. Easy access to airport with bus. Near underground station. Clean rooms. Good dinner at hotel. Second time I stay at the hotel.
We've got an extra large room, suite with many facilities. It was a great time there. Friendly staff, clean and modern hotel.
Only the parking fee was a bit more than normaly comparing to the room price.
No cupboard for clothes No iron table No microwave
Very clean, close to the subway, excellent breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Good, large garage.Perfect for a business trip, but a bit far from the city center.
Location and atmosphere
Breakfast very average everything taken into consideration.
good service, modern, good breakfast, direct subway to downtown...
too much red color used ;)
Behavior in the reception and hotel staff . Good clean facilities . Proximity to Metro and Bills
Distance to city .... Food options near by ...
the room was so clean all time , the staff were friendly
the room didnt have a wardrobe , the executive lounge was unless to small and nothing to eat except some small cold cuts and the wifi signal was weak
Convenience of location, cleanliness.
- Wifi was weak and intermittent in the room, albeit I read that we'd be provided free LAN in the room, there was none. - Nothing is free in the room, not even a bottle of mineral water (it costs 5.90 euro). For the price I paid, I would expect at least that and a pair of room slippers. No shampoo in the bathroom, only the 3-in-1 (one liquid for hand, hair and body) type. Disappointed with the lack of provision above since I had to travel with a small cabin bag for 3 days and expected a 4-star hotel to have those basic things.
Well located close to UNO city, The Danube river activities and the Danube Zentrum shopping mall. Just cross street from the metro station (the U-Bahn). Breakfast is superb.
The car park is directly underneath the hotel, but at Euro. 19.00 per day, is not the cheapest at this far-from-city-center location.
Very good hotel. Good location (near U1 u-ban station). Very friendly and profesional stuff. Good wi-fi.
It could be much cheaper. Especialy meals and parking.
The breakfast is every day same memo. Didn't cater for Asian people
strange smell in the room.
- Large, comfortable room, - Gratis Apple in the room, - Coffee maker in the room, - good breakfast offer.
- Huge mistake done on payment bill when checking-out! - No slippers in the room; - A small number of English TV channels.
Nice, clean and big rooms. The food and service in the restaurant was also good.
- location - facilities
- the walls in the rooms are rather thin - therefore you could hear some louder conversation or door slamming
Let me begin on a positive note. All of my experiences with the people who worked at the hotel were positive. But from there it all goes dramatically downhill.
The wifi was intermittent at best, slowing down, disappearing, and then reappearing. It was also intentionally limited in terms of bandwidth by the hotel, so rather than a time basis, if I used too much data (such as trying to watch a movie on my iPad or download a large file), I had to either get another login, or find another access point. Seriously, what decade do they think they are operating in? The room had a strange lingering scent of another person’s body odor. The pillows were lumpy and felt like someone had done something to them that shouldn’t have been done. The hotel took every possible chance to charge more for services that others would provide for free, like water for the room… The food was bad. The fitness room had nothing other than an old stand up bike, a couple of treadmills and something they took a great deal of pride in that I think “rattled" you into fitness. But no free weights, no machines, and no stretching area. The rate I was charged was close to what one might pay for a hotel in New York or London, but nearly $400 a night for what is essentially a roadside motel? I regularly asked myself what I was thinking in booking the place. If I’d known what I was in for I wouldn’t have paid $50 per night for it. And then when I tried to change the length of my stay, I was told I would be charged no matter what for the full reservation. Do you really want me to go on?
Even if it's non-smoking hotel now inside of the room it smelled like someone was recently smoking there\.
The room provisions dedicated to all categories of people. The English speaking staff.
More or less everything was fine.
Not the best wireless. Should fix it and make it to be reliable in hole room. Shower must be better
Location, value for money, helpful staff
The breakfast is excellent. They have a nice terrace where you can really enjoy the morning sun. It is 2 minutes walking distance from the U1 subway that takes you directly to the city center
Cleaning service. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. The cleaning service entered the room once. I know this because they left 2 apples for us. However, they did not even bother to make the bed. Also, the WIFI quality is really poor.
My second stay at Arcotel after the 1st time in May 2014 - hotel is opposite the Vienna International Centre Good sauna & shower facilities on 5th floor
Location is outside city centre but very close to Vienna International Centre & U1 U-Bahn Wi Fi service requires fresh log-in. Sheet says validity for 3 days but daily Wi Fi sheet - user id & password - is needed
Staff were extra nice and very supportive and helpful.
No much of choice for food; especially for Muslims. the Mini bar stuff were too expensive due to there was no close by supermarket.
Location, perfect for relaxation by the water
Hotel would not provide reciept. This created problems in my ability to be recompensed by my employer.
