7 seminar rooms with a total size of 350 m² provide meeting capacity for up to 280 people. The enormous glass front of the more than 3.5 metre-high seminar rooms faces the park and guarantees a refreshing view for overworked eyes. All rooms are air-conditioned and can be combined as needed. We always strive for perfection. Therefore, we exclusively co-operate with professional partners. Both for basic and rental equipment, we always offer state-of-the-art technology and audio, video and new media equipment.

The generous wellness centre ensures recreation and relaxation: themed shower, steam bath, sauna, saunarium - state-of-the-art fitness equipment included. You can get a lot of fresh air in the marvellous park with its direct access to the green recreational area at the Alte Donau oxbow lake - beach included!

Each of the 282 room offers spectacular panoramic views and some boast beach views. Located on the fifth storey, the executive floor has its own reception and is comprised of suites with terraces, open fireplaces and sophisticated bathrooms. The wellness area is also located on this floor, ensuring that business travellers can enjoy complete privacy and relaxation. The rooms are tastefully decorated and full of character. Some have unique characteristics, such as rocking beds, round glass walls and oversized round beds.

UNO City (0.3 km) - Impressive, modern buildings make up the site of the United Nations' third office.

Austria Center Vienna (ACV) - This important conference centre is located opposite the hotel.

St. Stephen's Square (4 km) - The square where Vienna's distinctive cathedral is located is just 10 minutes from the hotel by underground.

Nice and relatively new hotel and rooms. Very clean, and a nice wellness/gym area. Nicely located (station across the road) to get in and out of the city. Parking downstairs (on the street) is free after 12midday on Sat and all Sun. Good size room.

Expensive Parking, and for the price paid it should have included breakfast.

It is a quiet hotel, at least for the rooms that are not oriented to the street. The walls are thin, though. Good location.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. No wardrobe in the room (!!!). They didn't replace the little bottle with shower gel when depleted. In the last day, they left just one soap for two persons.
