Внимательный персонал, отличный бассейн, красивая природа, интересные интерьеры. Рекомендую как для пассивного, так и для активного отдыха. |

The service & the location/ambience of the hotel were very good. The room was also a good size for a single room with great view of the valley. Stunning large restaurant/ breakfast room with great views. Very clean generally & good spa area. Free shuttle bus to & from the ski area. The single bed was pretty small & the sheets were inferior & student-like. Surprising for a 4* hotel. (This may only affect the single rooms which perhaps don't get so much use.) Room service was patchy with few menu options. |

sauna, swiming pool are good, Did not like:There are different treatments for different gests in hotel. Most of hotel staff is Russians so they are more polite with Russian tourists then others. Also, there are different parts of the hotels which are differently renovated and although the rooms are more less the same some parts of hotel are without the carpets or the ceiling height is lower. Example: Staff on reception desk not helpful at all. My partner was pregnant and I was asking for one comfortable chair in room but the lady at reception desk told me that there are not comfortable chairs in hotel. When I told her that I saw such chair in the room of my friends, she replayed to me why I do not take then that chair from the friends. So, I called manager and got chair after 2 days. |

Das Hotel war sehr schön und Luxus. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Hotel verfügt über verschiedene Möglichkeiten als Kurhotel. Das Wasser der Toilette lief nur einmal. Sie ist aber bald repariert worden. |

Hotel grande con annesso locale "termale", ottima colazione, camere pulite, tranquillo ed in centro alla località di Badgastein La prima sensazione è di stare in un o stabilimento termale, convenzionato con una struttura sanitaria, asettico e pieno di gente, per così dire, bisognosa di "terme". Assurdo che in una reception ci sia un'addetta che conosca una sola lingua, nella fattispecie il tedesco. Non siamo in una pensioncina, siamo in un hotel "definito" a 4 stelle, sarebbe necessario almeno l'inglese. |

quando ho prenotato l'albergo è stato proposto con connessione internet via cavo nelle aree pubbliche. Non è vero, vi sono solo due postazioni (una, l'altra ha la tastiera non completamente funzionante) dietro l'ascensore. Quando ho chiesto di connettere il mio pc, mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Alla mia necessità di trasmettere file delicati (banche, ecc.) é stata data risposta consigliandomi l'internet cafè(!) di fronte all'albergo. Ho chiesto quindi di poter utilizzare il pc dell'albergo, trasferendo i file con chiave USB, mi è stato negato. Seccato ho chiesto quindi il check-out |

Ruhige Umgebung und ruhiges Hotel, Schwimmbad nach Wanderungen, großes Frühstücksbuffet, ausgezeichnete Betten. Es waren nicht alle Einrichtungen des Wellnessbereiches bei den angegebenen Betriebszeiten auch tatsächlich im Betrieb. |

Bra rom.Bra svømmebasseng og saunaer. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjon, frokost restaurant, alacarte restaurant og spesielt i kafeteria ved siden av resepsjonen. Hyggelig transport til å fra skiheis når det passet oss. Sentralt beliggende med kort avstand til andre bra restauranter. Bløtere seng; overmadrass. Når det blir hengt ut "ikke forstyrr" lapp på døren om formiddagen må det respekteres. |

Trevlig personal i reception, cafe och frukostresturang. Lugnt och tyst. Mycket dåliga sängar man skulle kunna tro att de glömt bäddmadrasserna. Vi tyckte att det var konstigt att en del gäster hade reserverade platser vid frukostbuffén.Det innebar att alla bra platser tex fönsterplatserna med panoramafönster alltid var upptagna kanske inte av gäst men en liten fin skylt som visade att det var reserverat. |
