Was perfect, window in the bathroom, good location, nice ambiente. Rooms are well equipped and very confortable. When I mean "double bed" I mean a double size bed and not two beds. |

Breakfast was extremely disappointing (choice poor and cooked food 'dried') for €13.50 per person. Therefore only ate breakfast there on the first day |

great value for money; nice & clean room, newly refurbished, great location, comfortable bed; LCD TT, bathroom amenities... I generally don't like bath/shower curtains :-) |

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in during our first visit to Klagenfurt. The welcome at reception which is so important, was excellent and immediately gave us a good impression. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately the bin in the bedroom had not been emptied and there was a half eaten bar of chocolate in the mini bar. These points did not take away from our comfort but rooms could be checked prior to guests' arrival. |

Просторный номер. Наличие DVD-player, российский канал TV. Неудачное расположение фена. Над унитазом! Приходилось прилагать немало усилий, чтобы дотянуть к зеркалу по диагонали к противоположной стене. |

die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption war hervorragend, weiters die zentrale Lage des Hotels, saubere, geräumige Zimmer Putzpersonal war morgens sehr laut, teures Frühstück |

es herrschte die ganze Nacht ein Höllenlärm vom im Hotel befindlichen Lokal! Nach Beschwerde konnte ich das Zimmer wechseln- den als kleine Entschädigung erbetenen Cafe am nächsten Tag habe ich aber nicht bekommen. ich habe beschlossen, Ihr Haus nie wieder zu besuchen. |
