Ils mettent une bouteille d'eau minérale sans aucune indication sur la table et ensuite chargent au prix exorbitant. D'habitude, on lit un mot à côté de la bouteille dans d'autres hôtels. Quand j'ai réclamé, on m'a répondu que c'est écrit dans un livret se trouvant dans un tirroir!! Je trouve ce genre de ruse pour tirer quelques euros de plus des clients indigne et ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel! |

Was perfect, window in the bathroom, good location, nice ambiente. Rooms are well equipped and very confortable. When I mean "double bed" I mean a double size bed and not two beds. |

Breakfast was extremely disappointing (choice poor and cooked food 'dried') for €13.50 per person. Therefore only ate breakfast there on the first day |

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in during our first visit to Klagenfurt. The welcome at reception which is so important, was excellent and immediately gave us a good impression. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Unfortunately the bin in the bedroom had not been emptied and there was a half eaten bar of chocolate in the mini bar. These points did not take away from our comfort but rooms could be checked prior to guests' arrival. |

staff were very helpful no restaurant to eat in the evening and it could do with all day and evening room service but other than that hotel was great. |
