This hotel is very good for the given money. Location is very good, metro station is very close to the hotel and Mariahilfer str. Is about 500m away from the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Tokom vikenda koristite parking u ulici iza hotela jer je od petka od 14h do ponedeljka do 7h ujutru besplatan. Nema nikakve potrebe da plaćate hotelu 18 evra dnevno parking u veoma nezgodnoj garaži.

Even I was pay all amount in advance, they charged my credit card for 60 euros as deposit. They turn it back after 3 days. It's very unpleasant experience.

opulent breakfast table.

It was problem to get to fittness at 21:30 even the opening hours are up to 23:00. 10 minutes after official end of breakfest came waiter and said we have to leave the table!

They ask for a collateral deposit 30 eur: "just in case.." Without announce in advance. Incredible: I felt like a thief. Incredible!!

I liked the situation of the hotel, in the city center near the WestbahnHof station, and Burgasse subway station. You can go everywhere, and it is really near of the airport bus stop, you can go to the hotel from there. The hotel is quiet, but the breakfast is too expensive : 20Euros. What I didn't like, is the smell of cigaret smoke everywhere in the hotel, but it is the same in the whole Vienna city . Otherwise, it is a very relaxing hotel, and I spent good time there.

Very slow wifi connection. No complimetary water service in the room.

This Hotel provides exceptional value and is conveniently located. Some 200 metres from the WestBahnhof and 50 metres from a tram to the centre. I booked a comfort Room. The room was large, as was the bathroom. The bathroom was spotless, bright and well stocked with fluffy towels. The reception area and the adjacent public areas are large. I stayed over Christmas and the Hotel had gone to a lot of effort to decorate the lobby. Very welcoming. The reception staff were helpful and cheerful. I´d stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The personal light switches in a twin room. Each switch is actually a combination of a light switch and an electrical socket. The electrical socket is closer to the bed than the light switch. So, in the dark, the hand has to navigate electrical plug and cable before locating the switch. Seems like these things were installed the wrong way around

I had a superior room, 6th floor. Clean, quiet, you cannot hear the trafic noise. The front view is nice, the hotel location is close to Mariahilfer and WestBanhof subway.

Very expensive breakfast.

Only the breakfast bufet was good

Busy area.. But very quiet in the hotel and in our room. The room was comfortable, interesting view and some of the staff were great.

Minor complaint.. The air conditioning was weak..
