That it was close to my destination That the internet was not included in the price (6EUR for 1/2 hour is a disaster), that the parking was not included in the price, that the breakfast was not included in the price. The breakfast was not worth 15EUR. The sauna did not work from 6a.m. as stated. |

Hotel was close to the airport bus and a transport interchange. Hotel is next to a very busy road / Sex shops. The area is a little grungey, but turn the corner and there are some nice cafes. Not really romantic Vienna. |

The location was excellent for both restaurants and ease of travelling around the city. The hotel Website information and material at the hotel stated that there was wired Internet available in all rooms. This is very important to me when travelling on business because our Company does not allow WIFI access due to security reasons. Unfortunately, contrary to the hotel information, there is absolutely no wired Internet access and the business corner does not offer enough facilities. |
