Fiecare din angajati stia exact ce are de facut si chiar isi faceau treaba. Ar trebui mai mult efort pe plan mental sa nu se mai faca deosebirea dintre euro care vin din est si euro care vin din vest. Banii sunt tot banii si unda de neincredere se simte imediat. Ca oaspete nimeni dintre dumneavoastra nu ati dori sa fiti tratati cu o anumita raceala si suspiciune cand ati calatori intro tara din est. |

Mi-a placut locatia (noi am fost la concert care se desfasura la Stadthalle). Mi-au placut serviciile si faptul ca hotelul a avut parcare proprie. |

Am ales acest Hotel deoarece am stat la Linz la Arcotel Nike si am fost impresionat. Dar acest hotel nu se ridica la nivelul aceluia din Linz. Dupa sederea de la Linz ne-am propus sa alegem numai acest lant de hoteluri, dar ne-am inselat. A fost bine, dar poate ca am asteptat mai mult de la el. Barul a fost placut, servirea ok, prietenosi si la receptie si la restaurant. Internet grauit in camera. Restaurantul sarac in oferte la servirea mesei, scump, prea scump pentru ceea ce ofera. Micul dejun este ok. In centrul Vienei se serveste masa la jumatate de pret in restaurant de aceeasi categorie ca si acesta. |

Piccolos were very friendly and nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Rooms were clean and silent. Girls at the front desk were not so friendly and willing to serve. There was only one channel in english, no cable-tv at all. Big minus! |

Comfortable and good room, serve excellent breakfast with vast choices to meet everyone needs and of good quality too !! Reception though good but has to be more courteous. |

I stayed just for one night, but I really appreciated the hotel. The breakfast is by far the best advantage of it. I couldn't get better for the price I paid for my stay. |

Comfortable, clean, quiet, good food in the hotel resturant and excellent sumptuous breakfast. Room was too warm, could not control temperature to keep it cooler and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. The telephone charges were exhorbitant. |

Comfortable clean room, good bathroom. Location handy for the u-bahn and visiting the centre/ quick and easy journey from airport. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff. overheated corridors and rooms (waste of energy!) only one pillow. Noisy road (but only with windows open) |

Neat and clean hotel, with friendly and helpfull stuff. Although it's not located in the centre of the city it is only 2min walk from the nearest Strassebahn station and only 4min walk from the nearest U Bahn station, and 10min walk for the airport bus. Breakfast, restaurant and bar were ok. The spa is small and nothing special but it's enough for a moment of relaxation. The overall value/price is good. |

Location & parking The beds can most definitely be replaced. The aircon is not working in the winter - why not? The room was too hot. |

The room we had was different from the picture shown and we were very upset because the room was darker and very noisy as it was near to the main street, staff are not very friendly as well, not a very pleasant experience overall |

During my stay at the Arcotel Wimberger I liked delicious breakfast, hotel stuff was very frienly and helpful. During my stay at the Arcotel Wimberger I didn't like that there was no ice-maker, and that we had to pay for the parking. |

Excellent restaurant, the breakfast that was included for the price was great as well. The location is very near the Westbanhof train and subway station which makes pretty easy moving around the city. |
