the receptionist was nice, the breakfast was tasty.
Reception is in the restaurant of the hotel (a desk with a computer). Stinky (smoky) room, broken shower, unsafty door (the door handle stayed in my hand), the free WiFi was not working. We could hear the neighbours all night! We do not recommend this hotel!
Quite good breakfast for a low price. Hotel is just few minutes from the city center.
Bed was not the cleanest.
across the hotel you have the tram that takes you in 5 minutes tops to the subway system.
the smell in the bathroom was kind of funky but with a refresher bought from the supermarket , you get the job done :)
Location, transportation, u can use a tram fr 2 station and after metro reumanplatz to move around vienna.
Heater not function well. Due to winter and its so cold, the heater not so functioning and my room mostly everytime bit cold.
The location was right next to a tram station thus allowing to get almost everywhere by public transport quickly. Parking near hotel was free, though not so easy to find a space in the evening (leave your car and use the public transport). The restaurant made some delicious food.
We arrived around midnight and the staff that greeted us was very unkind. Had to pay instantly without the possibility to move our luggage to the rooms. The rooms were dirty, the rubbish bin was still full from the previous users, the shower drain was clogged up, one of the rooms window curtains were broken and missing (light shining right in your face early in the morning). For 3 days no room service! The WiFi did not work 3 out of 6 days in the rooms. All but one bulb were screwed out to save electricity in on of the room. After the 3 days we were different rooms, one floor below. WiFi worked there and the room service was regular. The breakfast was good, but exactly the same for 6 days in a row.
excellent connection via public transportation
bad wifi connection, often inaccessible; performing work in the next door room at 10-11 pm
We were the second time in this hotel, both times with a couple of friends. Fair is the price compared to what offers. A good location because it is close to the metro station, 10 minutes on foot or two tram stations and tram stops is in front of the hotel. Parking is public and free of charge at the hotel. Our bathroom was renovated and new. We did not take breakfast, but we saw it was good. All in all, a fair value for money, we recommend it most because of proximity to the metro station and connection with other parts of the city to which the metro comes easily. We'll be back again.
There are a lot of immigrants, however, is not like other parts of Vienna. BAthroom in the room of our friends is not renovated, and one of our bed creaked, although we asked for a double bed in the room were two connected.
The staff was really kind and helpful. The bed was the most comforable I've ever tried, and we had an amazing 2 days there.
The hotel is a little bit far from the city.
Great facilities, tram at doorstep & only a few minutes from the city centre.
Parking is a lottery. On street, unlimited, but difficult to find a space.
Location. Free Parking.
The personnel was very friendly and the room was clean.
Location is perfect. Wifi is good. Tram was less noisy than I expected. I think is perfect for small/ 1-2 nights trip.
The towel was dirty. There was only one chair for two people, but that wasn't a big problem for one night.
Hairs on the bed clothes
Breakfast was great. The staff is also very nice. The district is very multicultural. Free parking around the hotel, but i had to leave my car aproximetly 450-500 meters from the hotel, since that was the nearest free space.
Where should i start... I payed via booking.com for the room, then when i was checking in i payed once again for it. Simply i forget that i payed for it and the reception wasn't notifying me. When I got home and check my bank account than i realized this issue. After few emails and 10 day i got back my money. So at the and this shouldn't be a negative comment, but it was a bit uncomfortable for me.
This hotel was situated in the perfect place. It was easy to access public transportation and there were several pharmacies and grocery stores nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The breakfast was tea or coffee, an omelet, a basket of bread, meat, cheese, olives, tomatoes, and cucumbers. It was delicious and filling.
The maid didn't always clean the bathroom very well (like emptying the trash), but it wasn't a huge problem. We did get fresh towels every day. For the price, it didn't bother me.
There is a nice hotel with a very helpful staff. They are kind and understandimg. Downstairs there is a good restaurant with oriental foods. The distance to the metro is 8 minutes. There are a lot of parking places but you might encounter issues if you come after 17:00. A great valur for money.
It was cheap place to stay in Vienna, restaurant Arnes offers good food for good price. Tram stop next to hotel.
It is located not at the best part of Viena, people shouting on a streets till 3 am workday. Car should be parked on a street, not enough parking space - we only found it two block away. I didn't feel good to leave a car there. Room was not clean, dirty towels left in a room. Shower was leaking on a floor.
nice people, the restaurant at the bottom floor came very handy for breakfast or latenight snack.
the room wasn't cleaned everyday and we had to ask for toiletpaper and other minor and obvious things.
Tram stop literally outside the hotel. 5-10 min to city centre! Friendly staff! Nice room with mini fridge!
No elevator! When you're carrying a 20 kg backpack it becomes a real necessity! One of the shower glass panels was missing so we ended up getting the whole bathroom wet. And tiny pieces of glass (from the missing panel) where still lying around and my boyfriend got a tiny cut!
Big room with a huge comfortable bed. The bathrom was clean. The staff were very helpfully. Free parking. Around the hotel there is a lot of turkish fast food and markets :)
First day was oke with parking , but last day we spent 40 min. finding a park place.
It was a little noise.
great and helpful staff, speaking english, good breakfast
on main street, little bit noisy at night
hot water :) free parking in the district
the bed was broken, the drain was clogged (toilette and shower), everything looked neglected I have never been in worse hotel. Our college room looks better and it is more confortable (not a joke).
staf and defintily turkish waiter! lovly guy :D good price, everything is on 20min from hotel..recomend to everyone ;)
carpet not so clean ;) but it actually is not so scary ;)
