die zentrale Lage, der schöne und praktische Bau, er integriert sich hervorragend in den gesamten Uni-Fachhochschul-Campus, die hellen, mordernen Räume, das nette aufmerksame Personal. meine Mutter (82) wohnte in einem Doppelkbettzimmer mit meiner Tochter (15). Hier ist natürlich durch die offene Badezimmergestaltung keine Intimsphäre gegeben, was in diesem Fall nicht so angenehm war. |

Dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt,was allerdings nichts aufregendes ist. Service ist unzureichend,da nur unerfahrenes Personal tätig ist,was bei mir einen ganz schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Eine Ansammlung von Ferialpraktikanten ohne kompetenter Führung, so sah das für mich aus. |

Ambiente sehr schön, sehr modern. Führt leider zu deutlichen Nachteilen (siehe unten), die zum Teil aber behebbar wären.. Problem: fehlende Tür zum Badezimmer, sieht zwar sehr schön aus, man muss sich nur entscheiden, ob man im gekühlten Raum schläft und dafür morgens unter der Dusche friert oder ob man es im Bad schön warm hat und dafür ein überheiztes Schlafklima toleriert. Zweiter Nachteil: die "Rundumbeleuchtung" des Hotels und die sehr dünnen Vorhänge führen zu einem sehr hellen Raum, der das Schlafen erschwert. |
