The design of the hotel is exactly what we like. And the location, the hotel is right on the busy shopping street of the city. The breakfast was also good. There's nothing we don't like. |

The hotel was in an amazing location - right in the middle of everything. It is just down the street from the Mozart house - and his friends often stayed there! I had the studio room and it was so cute and cozy! The room was clean, the bathroom was modern, the wood floors were absolutely beautiful, and the bed was comfortable - beautiful quality linens! The staff were extremely kind, helpful and patient with all of my questions. This is one of my favourite hotels anywhere in the world. And the price was really good! There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. One of the staff helped me with my suitcase going up, though. |

Excellent location on the Getreibegasse in old town Salzburg. The staff were friendly and the place had a nice feel to it. The hotel tried a bit too hard to be a chic art-hotel. Our first room was incredibly small and noisy from the hall. We changed to another room, where the blinds didn't stop people seeing in to the bed from opposite rooms, nor did they make the room at all dark. I had to jury-rig hanging a suit carrier in front of the window to be able to sleep there. |

Our stay at the Arthotel Blaue Ganz was very confortable. The hotel's location could not be better, just in the heart of the Altstadt, at the beginning of the most sought street, with parking very close by. The breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly. |

die Lage ist super: zentral und zum Innenhof auch absolut ruhig, geschmackvoll gestaltet es wäre wünschenswert deutlicher herauszustellen, dass alle Zimmer Nichtraucherzimmer sind! |

Lage in der Innenstadt. Allgemeiner Zustand des Hauses. Restaurant & Bar. Eine kleine Macke war die Bedienung der Klimaanlage, die sehr unausführlich im Zimmer-Info-Mappe erläutert wird. Mußte mit voll eingeschalteter Klima schlafen, da die Thermostat-Funktion nicht erklärt wurde. Da die Zimmer relative klein sind, ist Frischluftzufuhr ein absolutes Muß! |

Die zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Das Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Erfreulich war auch der öffentlich zugängliche Internet-PC in der Lobby. |

Service, Sauberkeit Lage ausgezeichnet Zimmerfenster zur Getreidegasse lieber nicht geöffnet lassen da doch der Lärm der Fußgängerzone sehr laut ist. Ab 04:00 früh starker lkw bzw. Straßenreinigungsverkehr. |

Tolle, neu renovierte Zimmer mit viel Holz. Zudem ist die Lage unglaublich: Direkt in der Getreidegasse sprich der Salzburger Altstadt. Leider hört man jede Kleinigkeit der umliegenden Zimmer. Räusperer, WC usw... |
