Arthotel Blaue Gans  

Nicely designed room, excellent breakfast buffet, outstanding restaurant and at the end of one of the major pedestrian shopping streets.

Since it is an historic building, the walls are thick and the room was warm. Not an issue though as they have quiet running AC to compensate

The beds were a little uncomfortable. It was an art hotel but some of the art was a little weird such as a crucified baby but I guess it is a personal taste. Breakfast was not kept very well stocked, when something ran out, which it did often, it took ages to replace by which time you had finished eating. It did have the essentials

Funky fresh decor, close to the fancy bits of town. Restaurant served superb food. Suitable for the mature hipster and edgy businessmen alike.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room althought there is a library with tea available but the hot water urn is often cold

Clean, comfortable and staff friendly.

The size of the room and bathroom were huge. No noise in the rooms due to excellent sound proofing. Very neat & tidy. Central location and great restaurant. We ate there both nights of our stay. Best 'weiner schnitzel' in town!

We thought the fee for our dogs was a little on the high side. €25 for each dog per night and a little hot at night.

This was an treat to stay in - we spent one night of our honeymoon here and got given a beautiful room, and a few extras thrown in. We found the hotel really comfortable, staff very friendly, food beautiful and the location very good. A very good choice!

There were no coffee making facilities in the rooms.

This hotel is fantastic. We ate at the hotel's restaurant on our last visit to salzburg and we were so impressed with the design, layout and location that we opted to stay here this trip. The room artfully combines the old building with the best of modern, sophisticated design. Do book a ta table for dinner- it is incredible. The best, however, comes in the morning. Breakfast will impress.

The air-conditioning didn't cool the room, it was also VERY noisy. It definitely needs a complete service or replacing!!!

The location is optimal for sightseeing. It is accessible by taxi and public transportation (bus). The rooms are tastfully done, a mix of new and old. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good; the staff is eager to please.

Alles war super! Mit unserem kleinem Kind ein Traum. Dieses Hotel verdient einen Preis für sehr freundliches Personal!

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Um 17.3o Uhr war niemand da, der beim Ausladen des Gepäcks behilflich sein konnte.

Lage hervorragend. Frühstück und Service ebenso. Die neuen Zimmer sehr stylisch ud modern. Trotz geringer Größe (wir hatten regular) sehr gut angelegt. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Zimmer sehr heiß und trockene Luft. Achtung: Es gibt alte und neue Zimmer - haushoher Unterschied. Wir hatten ein neues, Aussicht leider nur in den Innenhof bzw. Gang.

Der Fernseher ist etwas veraltet, aber ansonsten alles super.

месторасположение. всё рядом, рестораны, магазины, отель находится в историческом центре. оригинальные номера, ночью тихо (окна во двор). качество уборки оценить сложно, так как проживали в этом отеле всего одну ночь.

туалеты. дизайн - это хорошо, но подумать об удобстве и комфорте постояльцев тоже нужно. кто придумал тоненькие, стеклянные двери в туалетах - убыл бы. в коридорах берегите голову - потолки низкие. чемодан пришлось тащить самому - вот такой сервис. самое главное разочарование - ресторан. маленькие порции за безумные деньги. из зала для курящих воняет табаком и жуткие сквозняки. ужинайте в другом месте, благо рядом полно ресторанчиков.
