There is a private garage for those arriving by car. The hotel is well heated.

Some bathrooms are too small.

Friendly staff. Good heating.

Small room with almost no natural light. The only window was covered with wall paper which only partly was removable, to let light in. Peculiar artificial room lighting: one spot at the entrance and one standing lamp with two arms, holding each one bulb, in one room corner. Only one bulb was functional. Reading lights at the beds not functional. Very, very, very small bath room with no slippers, bath robe and usual health & hygiene articles (except liquid soap providers). No sewing kit. No shoe polish. A wonder that they are rated 4 stars!

The hotel was very reasonable price wise, very clean, comfortable and very near to the city centre with very good tranport systems.

The bed mattresses were very hard and we could of done with extra pillows.

I was pay a lot of mony to sleep in a room in 4 stars hotel, but insted I got that under my room it was starting renovation at 07:00 in the morning, very bad, and they didn't tell me befor, also booking.com is not ok becuase they should inform the cleint

Clean and quiet.

Room size (sqm). Vale for money.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

If you have spent 8 days and 1000 euros, it does not mean that the personnel will be polite :(. When I was checking out, the receptionist was in bad mood because of the previous client, who possibly had made him angry. His attitude was arrogant and contemptuous. Attention! If you have a poor eyesight and you push Pay TV button by mistake, you will have 16 euros per hour added to your bill.

The hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly. The location is quite convenient plus hotel pick-ups and drop-offs by tour operator Viator were great. Public transport is very close by and quite economical as well as nearby supermarkets and some shops.

From where we come it is usual to have coffee and tea making facilities but this lack of service provision is an overall deficiency all over Europe.

The hotel has no AC in rooms, and open windows are not solution during the summer as it is noisy....

Funiture is a little worn down Bathroom was not clean - toothpaste in the sink, hair in the tub Not a 4 star hotel at all

This hotel did not have air condition in any part of the hotel. The rooms were small and very stuffy.i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We were travelling with a large ice hockey group from canada and they had the same feelings. Terrible experience. The bar staff were very slow. In the seven weeks were travelling around Europe this was the worst hotel

I like only the place because it is very close to Burger king and the tramp

It is not suitable for a family because the room very small ,and it is old fashion , and there is nobody to help you to handle your lugages ,even the furniture is normal and there is a smell in the room because the carpet is very old Any way I never prefer because they should make renovision

Noisy at night. Many groups of people travelling for leisure and nor respecting that others are sleeping. Lack of internet connections in the room. Quality of food in the restaurant was really fair

La habitación era muy pequeña, usé una de las que están en declive. Solo había una toalla de baño y en condiciones precarias. El teléfono no servía.

Kein Getränk mehr zu bekommen um 22.00Uhr. Warme Getränke in der Minibar. Lärm an der Straße ist nur bei geschossenem Fenster zu ertragen.
