location - noise in the room at the main street, comfort - imposibility to read (no light near the bed), no acces to internet in the room,

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, both in Reception and Dining, and our room was cleaned to a high standard. The lobby was spacious and pleasant.

We didn't particularly like the location, and found the lingering smell of cigarettes unpleasant. Our breakfast in the large dining room was not of a high standard; but the last day we had it upstairs, where we found it very good ... good coffee, croissants, etc.. For what it offered, we found it expensive in comparison to other hotels we stayed in.

The location and close access to public transport.

For the wireless internet the guest should take a voucher in the reception, why not for the Pay tv, this made me think that the hotel is just trying to make clients do mistake and charge for the tv pay.

I chose this hotel because of its location. It was within walking distance to my meeting.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room - the bath was not cleaned at all. There was dark hair in the bath tab, leaking soap and towels were not really cleaned. The furniture is very old and dark. Tv was broken and put together with nails. Breakfast is very simple but sufficient.

The location provided a good location to the train, coming from the Airport, and walking to the Center of Vienna. Also, it was close to a Europcar depot, to obtain a vehicle so I may drive to my business meetings.

Accès rapide et commode au centre de Vienne et à l'aéroport / Quick and convenient access to Wien center and to the airport

Chambre donnant sur la rue tres bruyante (même fenêtre fermée), pas de clim dans la chambre, pas de volet, soleil sur les vitres l'après-midi et le soir = impossible de dormir et de se reposer; Au petit déjeuner, pain, brioche rassis sans grille pain. Croissants ultra bas de gamme (ressemblent aux croissants longue conservation 1er prix). L'hôtel affiche 4 étoiles mais il est moins confortable et moins agréable que tous les 3 étoiles que j'ai fréquentés ! / Room on the street side very noisy (even when the window is closed) & no condionning air = no rest ; bread was not from the day and food quality was globally poor. It pretends to be 4 stars hotel but it is less confortable and pleasant than all 3 stars hotels I attended !

フロントの方が親切でした。

たまたまだと思いますが部屋の床に赤くて太い糸が落ちていました。基本的には清潔だったと思うのですがちょ- っと。。。補充し忘れで一泊目はティッシュが一枚もありませんでした。

Wählte das Hotel wegen seiner Nähe zum Konzerthaus Wien aus, weil ich am 14.1. eine konzertante Opernaufführung besuchte. Konnte das Konzerthaus mit Fußwe´g erreichen, hervorragend. Alles im Hotel war wohltuend (Personal, Sauberkeit...) Werde künftig das Hotel wieder nutzen.
