The best of hotel is the web page. Breakfast is ok. Furniture in rooms is ok. The receptionist was friendly. The bathroom with shower and toilet is too small for a 4 star hotel, the hairdryer is outside the bathroom(?). Corridors and elevators were dirty and grubby. For my room the price was to high. |

The rooms were clean and plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was very noisy. One could here others open their doors late at night. |

Location. Parking facility at the hotel. Very noisy hotel. It is old. Floor has been refurbished with wooden floor boards, but generates a lot of noise when guests walk down the hall and enter their rooms. Could not sleep at all. |

A belvárostól 20 perc sétára található. A fürdőszoba nem volt túl színvonalas, sőt színvonalon aluli volt.A szobában található fotel huzata rettenetesen koszos volt. |

Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Frühstück umfangreich und freundliches Personal. Gute Lage Kein Hinweis, wenn das Frühstück nicht im 1. Stock ist. Bei der Ankunft wurde erklärt, dass das Frühstück im 1. Stock ist, am zweiten Tag war im 1. Stock alles dunkel und kein Hinweis, wo das Frühstück einzunehmen wäre. Bad könnte sauberer sein. |

Su ubicación es excelente, cercano a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El desayuno es variado y el personal agradable. Los muebles son viejos y las habitaciones pequeñas. |

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Praktisch auch die Garage für das aute. Ich war entsetzt über die Zimmer. Das soll ein vier Sterne Hotel sein? Da fragt man sich wer bei uns in Österreich diese vergibt. Das Bad war eine Zumutung. Alt und extrem klein. |

Goed ontbijt, goede bedden, een rustige kamer aan de binnenplaats, prima verbinding met de tram naar het centrum. Het kamerpersoneel heeft na het schoonmaken 2 keer de deur open laten staan |

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et avec un choix varié. La chaleur était étouffante dans la chambre qui était petite et non climatisée, avec impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenetre donnant sur une rue très passante. |

Personnel parlant un bon français, bons conseils sur la ville et ses possibilités, écoute. Bonne organisation et facilités pour le parking bon marché. Oui, ma chambre était située au 1er étage donnant sur le restaurant, et donc bruyante dès 6h00 du matin. |

Sehr freunliches und hilfsbereites Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption. Mit einem fachmännichen Blick auf so manche Kleinigkeit, würde das Hotel sehr aufgewertet.Z.B Defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände könnten oft mit wenigen Handgriffen wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden. Ein Stuhl mit einer völlig verschlissenen und kaputten Polsterung gehört nicht ins Zimmer.Elektrische Anschlüsse ( TV ) und Schalter waren eine Katastrophe ( Wackelkontakt ) |
