Location was fantastic and great value for money. Old style hotel with modern amenities No tea making facilities in room. No iron in room and no ironing room. Had to pay staff for any ironing |

Location is good and convenient for sightseeing. Staffs are very kind and friendly. If there was an air conditioning system in the room, it would be more comfortable. |

The location of this hotel is ideal, two minutes walk to the nearest underground. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. We had a large bedroom, with sofa and armchair (the sofa became a double bed which my 8 year old son slept on) Children up to the age of 12 stay for free. No air conditioning in the rooms. |

During Summer there is no ac. The room is so small.

It is convenient, comfortable, and we like the slightly old-fashioned air of courtesy and helpfulness throughout. The bathroom had been very nicely fitted, but the shower tended to leak onto the marble floor, and we both nearly slipped over before we realised the problem. |

nice and clean, well situated close to my work place very noisy because of reconstruction works on the opposite building starting at 6 every morning....so not enough sleep have to say |

Great location. Attractive comfortable room (but only because the summer temperature was mild. Friendly, helpful staff I was very surprised to find that this four star hotel had no air onditioning in the rooms. Fortunately we didn't need it, but if it had been very hot outside I would have had an uncomfortable stay and a poor opinion of the hotel. Americans would naturally assume that an hotel rated with four out of five stars would have air conditioning. I will warn my friends in Budapest |
