very polite staff, willing to help with sightseeing, the hotel was very clean and at a very good location the second room we got after we spend some days in another city and got back to the same hotel did not have a door at the bath itself and the shower became a bit difficult as water was split all over the bathroom |

Central base station in Vienna, very close to the opera, just off the main shopping street. Nice size room but no airconditioning. Not good in summer. |

Centrally located to old-town Vienna, walking distance to pedestrian mall and many sights of Vienna including Opera House, St Stephens Cathedral, Hofburg Imperial Palace and Naschtmarkt. Extremely helpful front desk staff, wonderful breakfast at nominal cost, Free internet usage with hotel computer. Wonderful experience for a reasonable price. |

The location of the hotel for sightseeing was very good. No air conditioning. It was alright during the time we were there but if the weather went into the 80's you would need air conditioning. |

Well situated between Opera & Stephenplatz, a traditional hotel with helpful friendly staff. We had a large room on the inside which was clean and comfortable, also quiet being away from the street. Good value for money in this area of the city,we would stay here again. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. |

The liftsystem is bad. Stopped and we had to leave the lift on a ladder! We had a reserviation for 4 days and wanted a extra night. We had to pay full price for that night instead of the price for the last night. |

The friendlyness of the staff the cleanlyness of the rooms, staircases and dinning rooms, but most of all this hotel gives the best for location and helpful tips for the guest and travellers. Nothing what so ever it was faultless. |

A very nice hotel in the centre of Vienna, just a couple of minutes walking from the Stephans-cathedral. Rooms were a bit 'warm' during the night. |

The room and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. Particularly memorable was the high quality and wide choice of breakfast. Only the noises of the city - but if you're in the city that happens. |

Great location...close to shopping and historical sites. Our room was big especially by european standards. Also the room rates were very reasonable. Good Hotel for people who like a clean, friendly and economical place to stay while visiting all the tourist attractions of vienna. |

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport and very central - ideal for the Opera and a short walk from the end of the Marathon finish point (very handy). The staff were excellent, very helpful and genuinely friendly. Even the room maid stopped to wait for us to go by and say good morning. Some of the best service we've had. It's not a 'not like' but the entrance foyer is small. It's practical in that everything is above on the 1st floor but initially felt odd. It made no difference to the break or the overall excellent standard of the hotel. |

This hotel has an excelent location. Some rooms have balconies outside for fun people watching. If you want quiet at night just request an inside room. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Skip the breakfast as there are better options everywhere. They could include breakfast in the rate. Not use to dropping the room key everytime you go out. |

I liked the large size of the room and bathroom, very good location, quiet room, the only noise was from from the street, not other guests. Helpful and friendly staff, room and bathroom very clean. the room itself did not have any heating/air-conditioning. There was a radiator in the bathroom. |
