Arvokas historiallinen miljöö säilytetty, joka tuntui hyvältä.Hotelli on kaupungin "sykkeessä".Ei tarvinnut erikseen matkustaa, vaan paljon katsottavaa sekä ruokailu yms mahdollisuudet ympärillä.Samoin lähtöpaikat mihin ikinä halusimmekaan lähteä.Iloinen ,rento ilmapiiri vastaanotossa sai olon heti kotoisaksi. AAmiaishuoneen henkilökunta kulki osittain unessa. Siis eivät huomioineet eikä tervehtineet. |

Perinteinen, tyylikäs, ystävällinen palvelu, hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Sijainti loistava kävelykadun varressa lähellä liikenneyhteyksiä ja oopperaa. Ilmastoinnin puute ytävällätti. Kuumana kesäpäivänä nukkuminen kuumassa huoneessa oli hankalaa. Melu käytävältä oli yllättävän kovaa; onneksi hotelli ei ollut täynnä, ja väki oli rauhallista. Huone kadun puolella oli virhe. |

Rauhallinen, hyvä sijainti, helppo kulkea, pieni hotelli, ystävällinen henk.kunta, "turvallisen" tuntuinen,kiva olla "hienossa"hotellissa. Varauksen tehtyä sitä ei voinut muuttaa!! Tai perua.Aamupala ei kuulunut hintaan ja se kallis . |

The very large bathroom with great water pressure The receptionist at the front desk, during check in was rude and condescending with attitude. Her voice was loud to the point we had to tell her to lower her voice as she was shouting at us. |

The room was very good. The staff was really nice and friendly. No air conditioner...believe me, you will miss air conditioning because the room gets very warm. I didn´t have the 20 euros per person (40 euros for 2 people...) breakfast, I went around the corner and was very happy with a 5 Euros breakfast. I muss say this breakfast price is average for this sort of hotel, but I find it too expensive. |

Only the location and sort of cleaning. Some rooms dont have air condition which made our stay very uncomfortable. The problem here is that I was not told by booking.com about this in particular. |

The room was large, which is unusual in Europe. The decor was nice. There was internet, which is also rare in Europe. The breakfast buffet was huge and so nice... We got charged for breakfast, and when we were leaving before it was going to be open, we were not refunded or given anything for our $30 Euro! The breakfast was definitely expensive. The shower was in the center of the side of the tub, and enclosed by movable accordian-like doors... However when you bent over or moved, the doors opened! The tv didn't work. And the Laundry Services were the most overpriced of anything i've seen in the world! |

Location was wonderful. The hotel had an old world feel without being too stuffy. Did not know the room didn't have air-conditioning. I may not have stayed there in July had I known this upfront. However, the weather was on the cool side, so the room worked out just fine. |
