The Hotel Astoria was built in the turn of the century style. It is the ideal starting point for a memorable stay in Vienna, amid cultural highlights such as the Imperial Palace and Saint Stephan's Cathedral.

Enjoy our ample buffet breakfast and start the day with energy. Our aim is to spoil our guests with Austrian top quality products for the first meal of the day - the "Power Breakfast". Fresh and healthy products are waiting for you at our buffet - from warm bakery products with different kinds of bread to a big selection of fresh fruit. The price for the buffet breakfast is € 15,-- per person and night.

Have coffee in the afternoon, an aperitif before going to the Opera or a small snack in between - our bar welcomes you anytime!

Spacious corner rooms with view over the historic Kärtner Straße are subject to availability. All hotel rooms are complemented with antique furniture.

Position of the hotel Astoria is great - just in the center. We enjoyed nice breakfasts.

In our room we could hear everything happening in the corridor and neighbouring rooms - people talking, walking, washing, hotel phone waking up our neihgbours ...

Perfect location, for week-end stay when the weather from +25c to +18c its wholly satisfactory, but there is no air-condition so I dont know hot it feels in summer and the room is not big at all like in reviews before - I think they have different kind. Price is quite good.

They reserved the amount on our credit card account - we didnt meet smthg like this before...

The location was excellent. We could easily walk to most places we wanted to see. Our room was spacious and well furnished.

We would have liked an ice bucket and ice available for use in the room. It was incredibly noisy late at night--particularly from midnight to 4:00 a.m. We do like sheets for our beds.

The Hotel Astoria was great and I got a perfect room. Only thing is that I noticed there is no air conditioning! But the free internet service in the lobby is a boon to the business traveller and a great convenience. The hotel matches the elegance one expects of Vienna and it just behind the Opera House!

There was only one easy chair in our room, which was a business plus room. Some of the food in the breakfast buffet was not fresh ; meat, and fruit. There were no tea or cofffee making facilities in our room. One was obliged to use the ironing service provided by the hotel, which doesn't offer full insurance of garments ; it was forbidden to use an iron in the room.
