ホテルの近くにスキー場があるらしいので次回は冬に宿泊してみたいと思う。室内プール用のバスタオルが部屋に準備されていた。 禁煙ルームにしたが、ベランダに前のゲストが吸ったタバコの吸殻が片付けられずに置かれたままだった。 |

No garbage cans. Furniture in room was stained. Set-up of room was terrible (example you could not see TV from bed). |

service views and local restaurant parking was a nightmare. we were very lucky that the owner of the hotel allowed us to swop parking space with him to park in front of garage doors otherwise we would have needed to park in non secure car park away from the hotel |

Size of room, good swimming pool, nice location and good buffet breakfast. Their credit card machine wouldnt accept any of my credit cards. |

Very clean. Great staff, good English. Good breakfast. Sharp Indoor pool. 100 meters from Tram. 300 meter walk to other restaraunts. |

Location, although difficult to find by car, hotel is well served by local bus service and a small tram from the village. Local restaurants are nearby and excellent, many activities can be booked from hotel, cable car opposite, leisure facilites large rooms, fiendly staff we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. |

The Hotel is right next to cable car: Patschkofelbahn. It has some lovely views from its balcony. Staff at the hotel was very friendly. I was particularly fascinated by the facilities i.e. Swimming Pool, Sauna and Infrared Cabin to be in particular. Bathroom could have been better. I stayed for 4 days and the face tissues were not replenished even once. |

amabilitatea retinuta a personalului; micile facilitati "free"; pozitia excelenta; faptul ca am primit un apartament cu 2 camere, una matrimoniala, una "twins", in locul celei "family" pe care o rezervasem. o apa mai calda la piscina si in mod cert o renovare pentru "actualizarea" decorului |

camera grande e vicino alle piste, concierge molto disponibile ma un po' di difficolta con lingua inglese e italiano serva cambiare lenzuole più spesso e non hanno sempre lasciato bath towels in camera |
