The room was old but large

The receptionists never inform you your breakfasts were not include in the price but directly give you breakfast cards...when we checked out all customers were arguing with them, said they can not do this way especially as a four star hotel...Make sure you double checked this before check in, because the breakfast was good but relatively very expensive,

The hotel was less than a three minute walk to the u6 Metro line. There are many low priced eateries less than 1 minute walk. Staff was very helpful and nice.

No free wifi!!!!! We are in the middle of a huge metropolis and you guys can't provide free Wifi??? Starbucks provide free Wifi why can't you??? I have been in much less expensive hotels all over the world that provide free wifi

The hotel is near the underground station which is great if you want to visit the city centre. The parking is under the hotel so you can be sure your car is safe also during the night (since the neighbourhood does not look very safe).

The hotel is more 2 star than 4 star.

Hotel is located by the shopping center in in the quarter, where I have my family. So if You want to meet somebody, do some shopping or go to the center's most beautiful places, it is a good choice for You..

Stuff at the reception gave me incorrect information about parking, so my car was towed away. That cost me extra 250€... Two days berore Christmas...

Atlantis hotel is located on the 15th district on the Burgasse road which as kind of a major road. Its neighborhood is very vibrant and lively even after midnight and it made me feel kind of safe walking on them Viennese streets late at night. What's also great is all those different public transportation routs that surround this hotel like the trams, metro and many buses. The breakfast was great too but at Eur13 it's a bit pricey

They came and cleaned the room everyday and did quite a good job but the never cleaned the dust under the beds! The breakfast although good was a bit pricey. My room's air-conditioning had a problem and sometimes it didn't heat anyhow they tried their best to fix it. There's no free internet except the PC connected to internet at the lobby which you can use for free.

Very friendly staff, great rooms, extremely clean, underground parking(paid separately), close to the subway station.

The location is not great.

Prices are reasonable and rooms are nice and big. Beds are comfy and great.

The hotel is situated by the main road. At night time, the cars passing by create some noise which may affect sleep. However, this is due to the location and not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast is also slightly expensive and does not offer much.

Nice location with shopping center, underground garage (12 Euro per 24 hours, you can pay at the hotel), and supermarket nearby.

The hotel and the rooms have seen better days, and could do with some renovation.
