The location was excellent

No free wifi internet in 2012 - ridiculous; breakfast (which we didn't have) was overpriced

Even though it is too far to walk into the city center, there is a handy bus and tram stop right outside the door of the hotel. There is also a huge grocery store and mall located in the same complex with the hotel. The parking was reasonably priced and safe.

We paid an upgrade to have free WiFi but the WiFi was not working properly while we were there. They were good about it and did not charge us for the upgrade but it was inconvenient to not have the Internet for 3 days.

Huge double-bed room (bigger then some hotels apartments), nice staff at the reception, clean rooms, nice buffet breakfast. We booked hotel with 50% reduced price, so value for the money is massive!

If you go by your car, keep in mind that underground parking garage is so confusing. Few people asked me how to exit garage when they leave their car :) and they all speak German, so if you don't (like me) it's even harder to understand where is exit, where is which level, where is which parking number...

I liked the most that the metro station and a bus stop was very close and it was easy to travel with two small kids. The room was clean and nice, with a roof view, stuff was helpful, in a shopping mall next door was hige nice supermarket with variety of fresh food, everything i needed.

Very good breakfast and very good staff.

Rooms feel more like a 3-star hotel.

Location - 5 minutes walk to the nearest underground station and the good buffet breakfast.

We booked for double room, but was given two single beds, we asked for change and unfortunately was told it was fully booked, nothing could be made, wasn't glad with this. We were given room 219, one of the noisiest room, the room is just literally in front of the breakfast room (2 seconds walk), we could hear noise where people're having breakfast early in the morning, couldn't have much sleep though.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in March (2012) with my wife. We selected this hotel because it offered a very good price and the breakfast was also included. For us it was also important that the hotel is located near an underground station (with 1 change you can be at the downtown in 20 min). As the hotel offered a so good price, we were afraid about the quality, but at the end we had a very positive experience. The room was clean, quiet with a comfortable double bed. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of cold and warm choices. (Even good juices, diet jam, and whole-wheat bread). The location was also perfect, underground is 100m away and a shopping hall is directly at the hotel. The surrounding area is also good (not luxury but ok) and you can park for free if you park the car 2-300m away from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for all visitors who are looking for good but not luxury quality at a very friendly price

The internet acces was not included in the room price, and it was a little bit expensive. (A free computer was available near the reception)

Hotel was very nice. I don't have anything complaining about it.

The hotel was less than a three minute walk to the u6 Metro line. There are many low priced eateries less than 1 minute walk. Staff was very helpful and nice.

No free wifi!!!!! We are in the middle of a huge metropolis and you guys can't provide free Wifi??? Starbucks provide free Wifi why can't you??? I have been in much less expensive hotels all over the world that provide free wifi
