It is located in the central city area, therefore it is easy to finish the business if you have to do something in town. Also it is in shopping mall, so who wants to shop it is convenient. There is no possibility of free public parking even on Sunday evening, and the only option if you are with the car is the garage. The room we had was looking on small street where in the morning starting from 6 o'clock they have delivery of the goods. There are lot of trucks, with workers who are making quite a noise, so we had to get up around 6 and close the windows. Also it doesn't look like 4 star hotel, since it is in a shopping mall building, and rooms are dispersed, so it doesn't seem like one hotel. Also I didn't saw any other facilities that would give it 4 star. |

A nice hotel very close to the subway and to a big mall. Comfortable room and helpfull staff. Very good price-value relation. Recomented for a low budget touristic staying in Vienna . We expected at least one bed sheets change in our six nights staying! Despite the fact that the room was cleaned properly and the towels changed every day, the bed sheets were never changed! Not expected from a 4 star hotel! |

The hotel is close to Westbahnhof and an U-banh station. The roons are very old, dark and warm. There is no leisure area and the breakfast doenst worth what we pay. |

The room is very quiet and it has air conditioning with a thermostat. The room and bathroom are very spacious. There is a mini bar and refrigerator in the room. There is free internet access in the Lobby. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I did not like the curtains in the room. They ugly colors and not room darkening enough. I also did not like the location of the hotel. It was too far from the city center. |

close to everything they did not tell me that i have to pay for the drinks in their minibar. usually other hotels will say you can pay and there are prices on top so u know how much it costs. other 4 star hotel it is free but anyway a good value of money. they just have to let u know if it is free or give some prices on top of the fridge so i know it will cost me money. |

The breakfast was very expensive for he food included. A huge selection of corn flakes but no sweets.The major problem was the light yellow curtains that allowed the light to enter in to the room from 0645. So every day we were awke from that time.We asked for another room but we were told that all the rooms were like this |

Spacious room with comfortable beds. I slept well, but there was an extreme lack of air conditioning and it was 35 degrees celcius - very stuffy. This hotel was in the middle of nowhere, we had to take a cab to the city everyday. The furniture is very old fashioned as if its from the 80s. The window needs real curtains - specifically blackout curtains. There were also people walking on the roof early every morning who were yelling and making a lot of noise. The bathroom smelled very strongly of smoke which was coming from the vent. My brother also rented a modem for internet use in our room and it did not work at all which was terrible because he had online appointments with his clients and could not reach them. I believe this hotel is at most a two-star one. |
