The „aufatmen“ is a very special holiday retreat in Tyrol’s Leutasch Valley - a place of relaxation and harmony as a balance to your hectic everyday life.
Our bed and breakfast combines Tyrolean tradition with modern architecture in a very private atmosphere. The rooms of our retreat are furnished with local wood, warm colours and friendly fabrics. Every room is decorated in a certain healing colour, guaranteeing relaxation and a good night’s rest. We also offer a comfortable apartment for 4 to 6 people. Our spa offer comprises an earthen sauna (bio and Finnish sauna with colour-light therapy), an infrared cabin with colour-light therapy and various massages.

In summer you can enjoy our own barefoot path, a protected courtyard and garden and a big, covered veranda, where we also host barbecue evenings.
In winter you can put on your cross-country skis and directly access the 266-km network of cross-country ski runs, or you can enjoy a snowshoe hike with us through the snow-covered winter forest.
Food & beverage
Start your day with an authentic Tyrolean breakfast. Maria’s big gourmet breakfast features fragrant bread, home-made jams, yoghurts, cereals with seasonal fruits and mainly regional products such as fresh organic eggs and manually harvested tea from the Leutasch Valley. On Sundays we will pamper you with our home-made cake.
Area information
Surrounded by the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountain ranges, the Leutasch Valley is a high plateau in an unspoilt natural landscape, stretching over 16 km and comprising 24 villages. In winter, the valley is very snow-reliable, while in summer, you can enjoy a mild climate. With its 266 km of groomed cross-country ski runs, the region was named the “world’s best cross-country ski area”.
