Good location. The hotel was clean and fairly comfortable. There was no airconditioning in our room and with the window open, it was noisy in the early morning hours. Room was warm even with window open. |

Beautiful traditional hotel, friendly staff, nice and clean room and bathroom, close to the subway station. The room was extremely warm and there was no air-conditioning. The staff gave us a fan but it only pumped the hot air around. The 12 euro for a breakfast was too expensive. |

The location was really well connected to the public transfer system and in walking distance to the city. It also has free wireless. very small bathrooms and rooms (at least our one) |

The service from the hotel staff was friendly, prompt and they were very helpful with giving directions for local attractions. They even had a driver at the airport to pick us up. It was not my idea of a 4 star hotel, however it was affordable. I didn't care for the area it is located in, but it is close to quick transportation to the city centre. |

greet location, very close to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn Station, downtown within a 20 minute walk. The majority of the rooms are located at the back of the hotel where it is quiet. Rooms were clean, free Internet in rooms and in the conference room downstairs, free city map. Great hotel for a city trip, friendly staff, good service. Breakfast to expensive, but bakery ( great bakeries at the S-Bahn Station), grocery stores, restaurants, small imbiss within 5-minutes walking distance. |

the staff is extremely freindly and helpful. there was a problem at the safe and the shower and we informed the same receptionist at both times, and she didnt manage that. maybe becasue of the holidays!!!! but when other staff knew they did all there best. |

Location was very convenient to Metro and two stops from City Center. Single Room was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not included but could have been purchased for 11 Euro, which seemed very expensive. There were cafes on the same street as the hotel and they were very reasonable for breakfast. |
