El ambiente, elegante y lujoso dentro de su categorìa, el salón para fumadores, espacio difícil de encontrar, en otros hoteles europeos y norteamericanos. El personal de mantenimiento y recepciòn, càlido y servicial. Mi estadìa en èl, fuè muy placentera. Gracias.

Location was OK, room was spacious

Basically and in short, I could not get the room I paid for! My room had to have one French bed but when I arrived there were twin beds. I asked the reception to fix this and as if they were having fun they gave me another room with a French bed but no other facilities i.e. bath tube meaning two rooms were not in the same category. Of course I gave those keys back telling my word to them and after an hour they gave me a call to change my room but I was already fed up! The worst staff I have ever seen. Besides being not friendly, one of them was not speaking even basic English and I had to find German words in order to communicate while he was smiling at your frustration.

A really excellent hotel in a great location close to the city center but easy to access by car.

Good location. The hotel was clean and fairly comfortable.

There was no airconditioning in our room and with the window open, it was noisy in the early morning hours. Room was warm even with window open.

Beautiful traditional hotel, friendly staff, nice and clean room and bathroom, close to the subway station.

The room was extremely warm and there was no air-conditioning. The staff gave us a fan but it only pumped the hot air around. The 12 euro for a breakfast was too expensive.

It's very good hotel near city centre.
