The hotel is conveniently located near the tram D that goes directly to the old city. The hotel has no facility for gym and sauna. The breakfast is overpriced, and more importantly the staff tried to charge us double price for the breakfast. |

The receptionist the first night was excellent - very patient and helpful. I was very disappointed at the small size of the room. The receptionists the other other nights were not very helpful. |

breakfast, location Air conditioner did not work properly. It was not big problem in April, but in summer time taking into account street-looking window... |

The hotel room was great, very clean and comfortable and the location was good, nice area as well The staff were not very helpful, the person at reception had bookings all over the place where we could see everybodies personal information including credit card numbers, the security codes, full names and addresses (Luckily we are honest people) The staff answered the phone before checking us in and we had been waiting 10mins, we didnt even get a sorry or thanks for your patience. |
