Good location, enough comfort room (business double) Smell of dirty socks after hooving, room wasnt ready for checking-in but stuff allowed to check-in anyway, almost no english channels, no bath- coat and no shoes after taking shower which must exist for business room at least, water from shower flew out through shower protecting wall and floor was always wet.

Very clean, nice rooms. Quiet. Helpful staff price for breakfast at 15 euro is exorbitant. But there are many bakeries and cafes nearby where you can breakfast for a fraction of the cost. Wifi/ WLAN not great fir iPhone. Access possible in the lobby and if you stay logged on you can keep access in your room. But you can't access it directly from your room.

Location - great! Near Zieglergasse station (u3 orange line). Or you can walk from Westbahnhof (u6 purple line). Plenty of shops and restaurants just 8 minutes walk from this quiet street. Cleanliness - room was clean. But bathroom had a strange smell, and shower stall water was slow to drain. Made it feel disgusting to shower. Chambermaid did a good job at cleaning, but Hotel need to maintain. Breakfast - good spread for vegetarians and of course a heaven for vegetarian. Staff - relatively friendly but not very knowledgeable. Rooms - all non smoking. Awesome! My main complaint - on website it says WiFi is available in all rooms. However I could not get connection on iphone and ipad. It was frustrating. Found out the only spot where we could get connection in the lobby, and specifically the one corner. Otherwise, there is no connection. I made this comment to staff the following morning, but nothing changed the 3 nights I was there. Every time I needed to write emails (for work), I did not have the privacy to do that in my room, and not even in the dining area for breakfast. I was not the only guest that encountered that experience. It was frustrating and disappointed, at an otherwise decent hotel - which is a 3 star and not 4 star.

Location - such a silent place near of the main shopping street and museum region of the city, original design and good material construction, very taseful breakfasts. So in the whole it gives the best quality/price factor.

Hotel: Underground parking available 18 euro/night) Rooms are small, but comfortable. Just enough space for 2 people. the in room safe is large enough to fit a MacBook pro 13" Free wifi internet Staff: polite, curtious location: exit the hotel right, walk up the street (2 minutes)and youve reached the beginning of Vienna's famous shopping street (mariahilfer St.) Also the U3 subway stop is there too (Zieglergasse). From there you can easily get to all the attractions (zoo, museums, karls platz, Stephans platz, etc) supermarket is up the street 200 meters or less. Indian restaurant around the corner No coffee/hot water boiler in room the shower is a tub that is elevated from the floor. Caution is advised when stepping out, its easy to slip and fall

The lobby was nice and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The corridors, where the rooms were located, looked very "tired" and as a minimum they would definitively need to have the carpet cleaned.

Great room: perfect size and table spaces for bags etc. Everything as it should be. Very comfortable and 15-minutes walk from the main train station, just off the main shopping street. Took 15 minutes for someone to appear at the check in desk. Strange skeleton staff for a medium-sized hotel. Wasn't able to give us a key to our room as they hadn't been delivered - that meant the porter letting us into our room. Luckily, we didn't need to go in and out too much. However, I've never heard of such a thing and these delays count when you've only got 24 hours to explore the city.
