amazing staff everyone was so friendly and helpful, it is located in a great place so it is easy to make your way around town.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Westbanhof and very close to the old part of town and main shopping street. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed comfortable rooms and the location is good for shopping. The sites of Vienna are a good 30 mins walk away.

Hotel provides free wifi but it keeps coming and going. On arrival a member of the reception staff wasn't too friendly and she was very dismissive. Not a good first impression.

Location. We booked this hotel because of location to train station. Unfortunately on arrival they told us they were full so had to move us to another hotel. It turned out to be close to the Xmas markets so we didn't mind even though we had to get a taxi to the train station on departure. Clean, small rooms but was enough. Free wifi in rooms

Very convenient to shopping. Quite, clean and good value

Cleaning staff did not replace toiletries or coffee sachets during 3 day stay.

The front desk dude was a little strange but did what he needed to do.

Rooms were very clean, spacious, wifi worked in our room, good hotel location. Our room was on the inner side of the hotel which was perfect and excellent for sleeping. Mariahilfer strasse is 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Parking. Altough it says "reservation is not possible", you of course expect to get parking lot in the hotel parking and that can be a bit of problem in this hotel as the parking is very limited. In all nearby streets you can only park max 2 hours. In our case staff gave us a parking place but after our "conversation". I would say they have double standards when it comes to giving parking space. Few months ago we stayed in ATH Savoyen which is 4* hotel. This hotel is not 4* hotel (rather 3*) but probably one of the "best buy" hotels in Vienna. If you come by the car, think about it twice. Next time we will choose other hotel.

Its 2 min to Underground, billa supermarket, main shopping street, quite region(street), friendly team.

2-3 times cleaning(checking) in the room if need, white and too clean sheets... Comfortable bed, everything what u need for first coming.

Location of Hotel (5 minutes to the underground) and very close to the city centre by underground (10-15 minutes); many cafes, restaurants and shops near; locates in a very silent part of the street.

The train was at the top if the road, 2 stops took you into the city centre. Tickets were inexpensive n relatively easy to use the timetable.

The wifi did not work throughout our stay, there was no air conditioning.

Quality breakfast, tidy room.

Location, reasonably close to Vienna Westbahnhof. Clean, well-appointed room. Pleasant reception staff.

The fact that bedrooms are not air-conditioned, while public areas are, makes it a fairly expensive hotel, compared with comparable places which are fully air-conditioned. The day we were there was particularly hot, and we spent a rather uncomfortable night.
