Austria Trend Appartementhotel Vienna  

The rooms are spacious and clean. They all have a kitchenette and dishes can be taken/ordered at the reception (3,50 euro/day). There is a supermarket, which can be reached in 3-5 min walk. The hotel is located a bit far away from the city center, but still the neighborhood is very quite and there is a big park close to the hotel. Stuff is very friendly. Have been there several times and think it is absolutely price-worthy.

The Location is very peaceful and the staff is very nice. I like the whole feeling of being in a distant country yet a home.

The receptionist on duty the night of our arrival was of highest professionalism. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast rich and fresh, good value for the money indeed.

The fact that it has a bathtub, which makes it harder to escaladate, because we take only showers when not at home.

Good location, if you have a car and very nice facility. In addition free wifi is very nice.

Staff is very unkind, I asked information about restaurant and travel information, staff just throw the map....

If you have a kitchen, you can forget about the breakfast. The location in Vienna is also a good recommendation for this hotel. If you come with your bike, you have plenty of space to use it: a vast park just near you. I am sure we shall use it in out future trips!

Room was clean and well furnished. Not extraordinarily new, but very well kept. The area was very quiet.

Distance from city center. But if you search the best public transport connections (I recommend the route planner from www.anachb.at) you will know exactly when to leave your room in order not to waste time waiting for the bus. Basically, take bus 16a seven stops to Am Schopfwerk and from there on take metro u6 and then u4 to the Opera House or u2 to Stephansplatz. All in all, about 30 minutes.

The parking lot readily available near the site, the large surfaces of the rooms and the available wireless internet.

The furniture is a bit out-dated and used, if you want to use the dishes and cutlery have to pay an extra - fee, while the breakfast is very expensive for the conditions.

I liked the fact that the hotel is not so far away from the center. A taxi/cab costed 15 EU. The silence in the hotel is definitely a plus. It was confortable, clean and the staff was great.

I didn't like the fact that the big parking next to the hotel was not well lighted.

Enough space in the appartement.

The appertement was too large. Furniture and carpets looked bit dirty.

Receptionist was friendly, gave us hot water and cups for coffee location was quiet but not as easy to get to central Vienna as web details had indicated

Free car parking was public car park or on side of road. Lack of any tea/coffee making facilities in apartment, or any clothes washing facilities, downstairs toilet was inconvenient, apartment was quite shabby, broken chair, tap that squirted water

The room was big, the bathroom had a bathtub. Supermarkets near by, generally quiet area/location.

It's far from the nearest tram station and overall too far from the center and you have to change the tram and the subway. You have to pay extra even for the fridge. The breakfast is quite expensive. The wi-fi connection was weak.
