The worst hotel I have ever stayed!!!

When we entered our room, it was very cold, because they left the window open. And the bad news was there was no visible and adjustable heating system. So, the room remained cold till morning. Besides this there was a bad smell in the room coming from the bathroom (most probably that's why the window was open). Then we realized they didn't put a crib for our baby. I went to reception and asked about it. She said "I will try to find something". I told her not 'try to' but 'have to' find one. Then she brought a dirty looking crib without a sheet and linen. And she told me that I need to carry the crib to the room myself! Last but not the least, the so called free wireless internet in the rooms was not working. Reception clerk was not capable of helping in that issue.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Just 5 min. walk to the Metro.

Sound insulation is not good due to the connection door. You would hear what is going on next door. TV and conversation.

In our room electrical panel made ​​an annoying noise all night

We got there an hour before check-in) so our room was not ready and they gave us larger, nicer room, for the same money. Room was superbly clean and quite. Location is really good, few minutes by walking to metro station and few more to Naschmarkt.

Value for money. Close to the city center.

No public parking available.

Close to U-bahn u1 Südtiroler Platz station. It was very convenient for us to travel to Stephans Platz (Only 10mins incl. Walk and waiting times) and Austria Center.

Even the business room was small. However, meeting the expectations.

Excellent location and clear and nice rooms.

The ventilator of the bathroom was a bit noisy.

It was cheap and the @9.99 breakfasts were excellent. It was also well loc ated for my meeting.

The beds weren't very comfortable (hard mattresses). The desk staff seemed not as knowledgeable as I would have expected. The man at the desk on Monday morning didn't know about the €3.60 train to the airport from Rennveg.

It was close to the city center, only two stations by underground

We (2 couples) have planned New Years Eve at this hotel since August 2011 when we bought the tickets online. We were very dissapointed when we reached it, on 31.12.2011, and the receptioner told us that our room suffered from a flood and we have to be moved to another hotel. We had no choice but to accept the offer since we wanted to have a pleasent, quiet stay. They transferred us to another Austrian Trend hotel, 4 stars but I would more say it was a 3 stars judgeing by conditions offered, (on their taxi cost), in north, close to Donau Center, but much far away than the initial hotel. This was my big disapointment, to stay so far from town center. Fortunatelly metro network is very good in Wien and the metro station was very close to hotel.

Very clean and warm rooms. Very helpful staff. Good hotel location - few minutes to U-Bahn station and 5 min to the center of Vienna.

The location is good, very convenient to Metro and S-Bahn. The staff are friendly.

The staff are confused with stamp price, if you're responsible for sending postcards, you need to be sure of how much for international one.
