Very convenient for congres hall. City train stops opposite hotel and takes you up the montain to the cable car. Quiet and well insulated rooms. Convenient parking under hotel.Large safe for laptop and other items. staff helpful. No wifi or internet possibilities in rooms. Not normal for a business hotel espessialy that its only 3 years old. Have to go to the lobby where wifi is free but a hassle. Internet should be rooms so that one can work on desk. Room service staff need more training to get orders right! |

Hotel is very clean and modern with great bedrooms and amazing views. Great location that is close to centre yet quiet and beside cable car. A 10 minute walk would take you to the old town. The only disappointment was that breakfast was not included in the price and was expensive at 15 euros. |

The great view of the Alps and location of the hotel. It is about 5 to 10 mins walk to the city centre and 20 mins walk from the Train Station.. No. The view from our room was great and the stay was very relaxing. |

This hotel is in a good location, with fine surrounding scenery. The dining room was good;the food quality, bar and restaurant service very good. The air conditioning failed during a hot day in a sunny south facing room. At the same time the hot water failed. |

It is a modern and new hotel and both me and my husband like it. Just located opposite of the cable car station and a very short walk to the old town. The staff were friendly, like their great hospitality as they upgrade us to the hotel suite with the panaroma mountain view and high grade of expresso making facility. The balcony is big enough to do sun-bathing and capture some panorama Innsbruck mountain view. This make both of us feels like home after a long trip in Europe. It was a fantastic stay at Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck. Besides, there was a female front desk who is not quite friendly during our check out. |

The cleanliness of the room was really good, although maybe towels were not clean enough. The hotel style I liked the most, not to many furniture in the room, but on the other hand enough to put all your things in. The furniture is clean, simple with modern design. the price for breakfast was pretty high. The hotel have diverse offer for breakfast, but the cost could be just a little bit lower. |

Good location, easy on-site parking. On a three-week trip, this was the only hotel I would not recommend. In my room, both the sink and the shower were faulty, and there was only one thin pillow for a double bed. When I asked for this to be fixed, the attitude of the receptionist, who seemed to be the only staff member on duty at about 20h00, was extremely unprofessional, although I had been entirely polite throughout. The problems were not resolved, so it was impossible to shave and awkward to shower. When I complained to the manager in the morning, she was very apologetic and kindly offered us a free breakfast, but the damage was done. Even without these difficulties, this is a very mediocre hotel, and I am sure there are many better four-stars in beautiful Innsbruck. |

Excellent modern hotel. Large rooms. Big bathroom. Very good beds. Central location, but quiet: 5 minutes walking distance to the old part of Innsbruck and the shopping streets. 3 minutes to the conference center. Station of Hungerburgbahn just across the street. Very fine breakfast buffet - absolutely worth the price charged. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking in garage nearby. Probably impossible to find something better in Innsbruck. |

We really liked the size of the room and the plentiness of the space for your staff. Very Clean, nice personnel and excellent value price/quality. The bathroom is completely made of naturall stone so the water of your shower dont get quickly absorbed, even though they are in a replacement of it. |

only a 10 minutes walk from town center, exellent breakfast.Easy access to guarded underground parking. Modern and clean room with lots of space. everything was fine. |

The design of the rooms was excellent, modern and minimal but warm and cosy at the same time. The room was spacious and spotless clean. The breakfast was excellent. It was close to the city center. It did not have wireless connection in the rooms but it had fast ethernet connection. The TV did not work but we arrived too late to call anybody to fix it. It was very close to the center but not exactly in it. |

The Hotel is quite in the center of IBK. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are big and modern. The aircondition is very noisy, a big surprise in such a new Hotel, better switch it of and open the window. |

Friendly and efficient staff, air conditioning a plus in August as opening a window would result in excessive traffic noise. Parking Charges, 15 Euro a bit excesive given its location from the city. |

Ultra modern, clean, fresh, and in a perfect location to old town and the wonderful tram (directly accorossed the street). From the train station, walk out the front door to a city bus that takes you directly in front of the hotrel. It couldn't be easier. |

We were delighted with this hotel. Our room was spacious and very well appointed, the food in the restaurant was good and competitively priced, and there was free internet access. The hotel is well-located - about 5-7 minutes' walk from the city centre, and right opposite the funicular railway (which connects to the cable-car). The bus-stop for the Swarovski crystal world is less than a minute away. There's also a steam bath, which would probably be welcome on cold winter nights. |
