The staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel itself is very modern and well-appointed. It's location is absolutely perfect. It was such good value for money, I actually checked my bill twice to make sure I'd read it correctly! I've already recommended the hotel to several friends. |

Our stay at this hotel was nothing less than fabulous.The staff were sensational,I would like to mention one young man by the name of Florian Mack who went well and truly beyond his call of duty to help us.He was an absulte gem and a true ambassador for this hotel.I wish him well for the future and once again thank him and the rest of the hotel staff. |

The closeness to the old town, public transport and particularly to the cable car. The staff are an asset to the hotel with helpful advice and always courteous. The supermarket next door was a bonus. |

Good size rooms, which were nicely furnished. Nice wellness area. Our room service dinners were tasty and really nicely presented. The hairdryer in our room was useless it kept switching off, making it impossible to use. Be aware of 300 Euro deposit that is taken at the commencement of your stay in the hotel. |

The service was excellent. The two young men at the front desk always had a smile on their face and were always eager to help. The room was very clean, facilities were great, location was great, ski shuttle service was great- we had a wonderful experience! Thank you! |

The hotel was well appointed with good meal prices and top restaurant service. The breakfast selection was excellent. It should be noted that the Austria Trend appears to be more suited to business than leisure however is an ideal choice in either case. |

Nicely designed hotel, spacious modern rooms, very helpful staff and conveniently located near the Old Town and just across the street of a station to the main city transportation system. Excelent hotel, had a great time. Recommended! |

Comfortable modern rooms, 10 minute walk to the old town, rooms well equiped Free in room internet didn't work, apparently some rooms work and some don't - not good for a congress hotel, had to go to lobby bar to use the wirless internet |

the clean and modern feeling, the location and practicability to move around the city and ofcourse the room! the lobby area need to be more personalized, the waiting area supposed to be separated from lounge area. |

This hotel is the epitome of modern, clean efficiency! The rooms are good and the facilities are excellent, top that off with a beautiful 5 minute walk to the old town centre of Innsbruck and it has it all if you like the modern type hotel. Some might say this hotel is a souless business venue - I personally did not feel this was the case. I enjoyed the clean and simple effortless efficiency. |

The location was excellent - a short walk to the town along the beautiful River Inn. The room was very spacious and comfortable. A coffee-maker in the room would have been welcome. Also, the car parking was rather expensive. |
