Παρα πολη καλη τοποθεσια.Πηγαινες στα περρισοτερα αξιοθεατα και στη αγορα της Βιεννης ανα πασα στιγμη και πολυ ανετα!Καθαρο δωματιο. Πολυ λιτο δωματιο οπως και φτωχες υπηρεσιες και δωματιου και μπαρ.Πολυ ακριβο και φτωχο σε μενου room service! |

Το μπάνιο θα έπρεπε να ήταν πιο μεγάλο σε σχέση με το δωμάτιο του. Και κάτω στο reception έπρεπε να είχε τουαλέτες για αυτούς που δέν έχουν δωμάτιο. (οι τουαλέτες τώρα βρίσκονται στο 2ον όροφο) |

Παρα πολυ καλο ξενοδοχείο,με παρα πολυ καλη σχεση τιμης-ποιότητας.Είναι στην καρδια της Βιέννης,όλα είναι κοντα,και γενικα είναι ενα ξενοδοχείο που το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους,ανεξαρτήτως ηλικίας. |

I liked that everything was fairly clean, there was no noise and all questions I had were answered quickly and well. I did not like that we had no bathing robes in our rooms. For the price, I really think they should be included. Granted, the space in the bathroom hardly allowed that, but they could have put them in the large closet, if we wanted to use them. Perhaps we could have gotten some if we had asked for them, but I really think that I should not ask for bathrobes when I paid the price for this hotel. |

Service and friendliness at the reception, location, price - value, availability of PC - internet - printer, cleanliness. Smoking in the bar (apparently Austria is behind in non-smoking policy), repeat mode of the music in the breakfast room (which was changed on our demand). |

Location superb, centre of Vienna. Good breakfasts for 15 euros. Safe in wardrobe. Comfortable super king-size bed. Beautiful ensuite shower room. Internet access. There were a few problems during our stay. The wardrobe door jammed, and the safe malfunctioned. Each of these were dealt with immediately and effectively by the night staff. The dinner-plate shower delivered a sheet of water from the edges, which we did not need to use and did not report - there was also a telephone style shower head. The position of the toilet was rather cramped, and it was necessary to avoid hitting the glass shelves facing it when sitting down or getting up! The computers provided each had a mouse that was stiff and did not move easily sideways, and the computer in the Executive Lounge was not online for most of our stay. We reported this twice to staff, but no action was taken before we left. |

The location is excellent. Staff was friendly, well informed and helpful. There was a lot of construction going on around the Hotel, It complicated enjoying the famous Kärntener Straße to its fullest. |

"Just" the location. The staff are realy bad, when I made the booking I asked for an extrabed and they said that I never ask for it, the business and the standerd rooms a/c very poor, they have different size of executive room and I got the smallest one that not possable to put an extrabed in. The hotel toilet is in the second floor and next to my room. And many bad things more. |
