立地がよい。部屋自体もバスルームも広く、明るく快適な部屋だった。バスタブにはガラスの仕切りの内側にシャワーカーテンもあり、床が水浸しにならないような工夫がしてあった。 バスルームのアメニティは最低限なので、シャンプーなどは持参したほうがよい。 |

部屋が広く、布団がふかふかで快適でした。場所も観光に最適でした。スタッフの方も感じがよかったです。 少しだけ部屋が寒かった。 |

場所はオペラ座に近く最高。 値段の割には物足りなさがあった。エアコンの調節も不調で寒かった。 |

ステファン寺院、オペラ座、地下鉄駅まで徒歩で数分で行ける為、立地条件は非常に良い。 シャワー室の床勾配が甘い為、シャワー室から水が漏れトイレまで水浸しとなる。 |

バスルームがとても広く、使いやすかった。スーツケース置場が大きくて便利だった。 バスルームが大きいせいか、部屋が若干狭い感じがした。部屋でお茶など飲めるようなテーブルがあればもう少しゆったりできるかも。 |

We like being close to the city centre since it allows us to rest at the hotel in between small city trips. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the reception after our check out. This was great since we still had 12 hours to depart from Vienna after check out. Thank you. |

It was one of the most hassle free hotels I stayed in,. Staff were friendly, polite. I was only there 1hr when I asked them for more pillows to be sent up - they were up within 5 mins. They booked taxis when we needed them and booked tours for us which was so hassle free for us. The only thing was the fact that there was no toilet in the bar or even in the lobby - had to keep going to our room to use the toilet. |

The hotel has an excelent location, right near Stephansdom, it is very clean and cozy. It's not very big and the room was not exactly luxurious, but it has everything a traveller needs. The hotel staff is excelent. Visiting the hotel website, I expected the hotel to be more elegant. |

The hotel is exactly in the center with very close walking disctance to underground stations The A/C in the room was not effective they changed for us the room, but again the same problem. |

Excellent central location, within walking distance of majority of sights. The room was comfortable and clean and staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good. The air-conditioner was very poor. If it had been particularly humid, we would have suffered. Lots of roadworks ongoing when we visited in May although the noise didn't bother us as we were up and out early. |
