Geen airco / temperatuur regeling en 's ochtends zeer luid met vrachtwagens voor het bevoorraden van de winkels

zeer slecht ventilatie systeem in eetzaal en gangen, resulteren in geuren en onprettige klimaat... locatie zeer goed te noemen,

lucht behandeling systeem....

Lokatie en prima kamer met 2 separate bedden.

Helaas airco werkte niet goed en de kamer lag aan de straatkant.

Location

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, mattress is horrible, likewise pillow. The bathroom is very very small. The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbour and the noise from the shoppingstreet outside. It smells cigarret in the lobbyarea.

The location was excellent; we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spacious and the bathroom shower and countertop area was spacious. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection.

No hotel restaurant and the bar was very smoky. The glass doors used in the bathroom were not very convenient and didn't work well for us.

hotel is ok, price was reasonable

staff could be better. Room was not cleaned and towels changed even we stayed 2 days. Cleaning lady came once when we were in room (from 3-5pm) and never again.

Location of the hotel was fantastic. Staff were good.

Very central location, easy to get there using public transport (CAT+Metro), very helpful front desk staff. They allowed us to check out a little later but that could have been due to the type of room we had booked.

Double bed actually two twin beds each having their own single duvet, but it's not the end of the world.

Night staff were extremely unfriendly. Did not even say hello or welcome or tell us anything about the hotel. Rest of the staff were Ok but not especially helpful. Also, there was construction right outside our window and it was never mentioned.

The hotel location is excellent, as it is in he hear of the shopping area. Also, the Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The reception staff are very bad, and they treat guest in a bossy way. I really liked everything about the hotel except the receptin staff.

Lcation Only

The room is too hot, although the weather is not hot, but very warm in the room, at night we have to open the window to get cool air but is very noisy outside, especially we are centrally located, the receptionists especially women staff is very very unfriendly, they are not willing to answer questions and tell us more of Vienna, the men staff is much better.

Location could not be beaten, right in the city centre.
