We liked everything! We did not want to leave after six nights in our suite we had a free mini bar and unlimited drinks and snacks in the restaurant on level 7. Great staff especially Christopher who helped us in with our bags and was always there to assist. Great City great hotel, we would highly recommend it.

The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, especially the porter who was on the afternoon shifts who was so helpful and friendly,the hotel is a little bit out from the city, but great value for the price, and an easy walk in, would stay here again.

This is a first class hotel with large luxurious rooms, efficient staff and even a fitness area with sauna and steam room. Conveniently located within ten minutes walk to center of pedestrian inner area. It is in a quieter Embassy area.

Close to city center. 80 meters from both Train stop from airport and Tram to city center.

THe comfy beds, the joining rooms, the shower was fantastic, the staff were very helpful.

I liked our room, and the style of the hotel in general, modern and very comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful. Both shower and tub. And - incredible! - there was a bidet too! It is quite a dream for Italians who travel abroad, especially for Italian women! Wi-fi was working perfectly, and it was totally free of charge.

Excellent location, excellent staff. Very clean rooms with all facilities. walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions,Public transport is easily available- trams, bus ,metro everything.

Breakfast too expensive

This is, after 30+ years of travel, and unexpectedly, one of the very best hotels I ever stayed in. Room perfect, pleasant staff, good breakfast.

Honestly, I would really need to think long about this. OK. The city center is a 15 minute walk. I love walking but if you want to see the shops within 30 seconds of leaving the hotel, thus place is not for you.

cuisine in the Restaurant is very delicious and sophisticated and I like their flexibility as regard your order rooms are clean, location is ok too - close to the city center and beautiful Gardens.

I gave them deposit in cash but they blocked me my credit card for the same amount of many any way without any information

Friendly staff checked us in at 9am very helpfull with all aspects, beautiful breakfast buffet, room furniture very comfortable and as new. Reccomend to my freinds. Big rooms.

Good hotel for a business stay in Vienna

No real issues

Room was clean, comfort.

Reception took money for mini-bar when we check-in the room. We didn't use it, they told us that operation would be cancelled that day, but I haven't received my 50 eur yet. And they even hadn't answered on my e-mail.
