El trato de los empleados, la situación del hotel (a 15' de paseo al centro de la ciudad y a 5 en tranvía) y la buena comunicación con el aeropuerto. Sinceramente creo que el desayuno es un poco caro, lo que nos hizo decantarnos por desayunar en las abundantes cafeterías vienesas. |

Friendly staff. Nice facilities. Big rooms. No coffee or tea in room. Room service is till 10 pm only. Menu is not very good. |

It is placed in excellent location. New and clean. The rooms are big and it is a great value for money. The piano guy who was playing every evening in the bar. |

Very professional and friendly staff, accommodation and equipment very useful, no extravagance but does the job at its best A lack of "spirit" maybe but at that price in such a city it is probably "wishfull thinking" |

verry good hotel, verry polite and trained staff, good handling,Hotel is missing a bit of open space for example a terras on the roof or bar on the topfloor with a view over the city or the Belvedere gardens. |

The location is excellent, 7 th floor gat great view at hart of the city, very confortable bad, kindly staff The parking rate is too high 25 eur per day. SAT TV program was poor most of the TV programs are on german. |

i like the hotel staff, they where endlessly polite and kind, always ready to help and be of assistance in any way. i loved the hotel staff - they deserve a 5 star :) No, everything was perfect, really, no remarks |

Concierge was extremely helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The hotel was of a very high standard and we do a lot of travel so know how rare it is to get something like this for the price. They could freshen up the food more often in the executive lounge on the 7th floor. It was often stale. |

I love this hotel very much. When I checked in, there's a cute girl impressed me so much. Her smile is very friendly and attactive. And I also booked ticket there, and the employee is very helpful and patient.Also, I love the style of the room and the location of the Hotel. Strongly recommended! Breakfast is not included. |
