This is a modern and majestic hotel whose entrance door opens like in an enchanted castle! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the design in the whole hotel is very beautiful. I was really impressed. The city center is easy to reach with the tram (3-4 stops) I asked for a room with a nice view and was given a room with a view on the courtyard...The small pack of peanuts in the minibar costs 4,2€, this is far too expensive!!! Breakfast is great for those who eat very much in the morning. For the others, I would advise to have breakfast in one of those picturesque Kaffee Haus in the city center. |

Very nice hotel, clean, large rooms, well decorated, near to downtown. Staff very kind. The restaurant and parking lot are a little bite expansive. |

This is a well run hotel - extremely comfortable bed, great location in a better part of the city, close to everything, quiet and all staff extremely helpful. |

New and fresh feel about the place The location is close to the summer palace but a little distant from the other main attractions. Not many decent options for dinner in the near vicinity |

Large room, use of executive lounge with free (soft) drinks a nibbles, free mini bar (except spirits). Quality toiletries, towels and linen. About 10-15 minutes walk to city centre. Lacked atmosphere and seemed quite empty. Although, a number of things were "free" the rate was higher which more than made up for it. |

Spacious rooms well equipped and clean. Ten minutes walk to the City center. "Summer" promotional rate was excellent value for money. |

Executive Rooms and services were very satisfactory. Only about half of the Executive Rooms have a City View, so the information about these rooms on the Hotel Web site is somewhat misleading. I could not get a room with City View even when asked for it specifically - this was a disappointment since I upgraded my original booking for the Executive room specifically for City View. |
