Our executive room was recently renovated, so it was very clean, new and nice. Surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. Breakfast was good with lot of variates, excellent coffee. All staff was nice and helpful, typical Austrian hospitality and servility. Wifi available, free and good quality. Coffee/tea maker should be available. We got a heater for water when we asked for it, but there were no coffee or tea, so we had to go to the supermarket to buy a jar of coffee.

Clean rooms, and it's in a very convenient location which is just next to a tram station. The breakfast is kinda overvalued. Moreover, door of the room is quite difficult to open, not so user-friendly.

It was almost the perfect hotel. Excelent location, luxury room, kind staff, free wi-fi in the room etc. The underground car park (shared with the Linz Casino) was extremely crowded during the evening (inside there were more cars than designed parking spaces), but next morning the car park was almost empty. Besides this, it was perfect.

I particularly like the room, it's big and bright, modern furnitures. The hotel is situated in the center of Linz, just 2 tram stops away from the train station without being noisy or disturbed by traffic noise. The reception is very helpful and kind. The fitness room is tiny, there are only 2 machines. A "Laufband" would be perfect!

Self contained with foo and cafe on site car parking It took over an hour of driving around and still we could not find it Signs from main road ran out, fortunately a couple of locals took us there by following their car. PLEASE SAY its next to the Casino it would have been a lot easier to find then
