Siivoojat olivat mukavia, mustaihoinen varsinkin, vaikkei puhunutkaan erityisen hyvää saksaa. He joustivat, vaikka työskentely- ja nukkumisaikani poikkesivat hotellin rytmistä. On yleistä Euroopan hotelleissa, että edes resepsuunihenkilökunta ei puhu hyvin mitään eurooppalaista kieltä, ei edes englantia! Sitä se tekee, kun tehostetaan ja kehitetään palvelua.

Aamiaisen hinta kohtuuton. Missään ei kerrottu, että aamiaisen saa halvemmallakin. (Teidän systeeminne ei muuten vaihda riviä, kun haluaa kirjoittaa oikeakielisesti muustakin kuin yhdestä asiasta). Siis: Hotelli resepsuuni ei osannut kertoa, missä on kulttuuripääkaupungin tapahtumapaikka Hafenhalle ja miten sinne pääsee. Koska hotellissa neuvottiin väärin, jouduin kävelemään sateessa kilometritolkulla.

The hotel is very central with tram and rail service nearby. Shops and good restaurants on the door step.

Went there on a Christmas weekend, hotel was not a bit christmasy it could have been any time of the year. Room was on the third floor but smelt of cooking, curtains were hanging off the rail at one end. Overall the hotel could do with a face lift.

Good value for money ratio, good location, nice staff, complimentary in-room wi-fi.

After arrival, I found out why the hotel room was offered at such a good rate: the room I got was not in a good shape: furniture was worn out, bed was much too old, uncomfortable and too soft. I would expect more of a 4* property. If there is a more expensive alternative with a better standard, choose that if you expect a 4* quality.

Helpful staff. Good and easy connection wireless internet.

It was very efficient. The room was very comfortable and well presented. The sauna was good.

I always use the gymnasium in hotels. The equipment was OK but could have been better.

The forecast of the weather should be presented at the reception desk also in English language. Generally, the leaflets for tourists existing at receiption are in German language, giving the feeling that only German language speakers are visiting this hotel. Breakfast - expensive.

Wifi was useless!

It's location is a brisk 10 minute walk from both the town centre and the railway station, making it an ideal location. From a tramstop outside the hotel, these two locations can also be easily reached by public transport. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Friendly staff and accommodating. When we arrived, they said our room was unavailable therefore they upgraded us to a suite, no additional charge and we were able to check in right away. Assisted with parking.
